<rant> And, in my very morbid sense of humor, I always make sure to have a lot of pizza, fast food or junk food available while watching. I may laugh now but I am realistically overweight and will most likely die at an early age. Which reminds me, I used to joke in college that my plan was to gain more weight so I could be on the show. Sad how the joke is on me, though. <rant>

This season has been pretty decent and of course last night's blowup by Jillian was pretty sexy. Definitely the guys are in the drivers seat although the new girl they added last night (Ally?) seems to be pretty damn scary.

Yeah I watch the show... My biggest problem is it doesnt need to be 2 hours but oh well. Im going to be pissed if Brittany gets booted next week. I find her really cute. Anyways, this show just doesnt lend itself to have a female winner. Sure Ally has done well on her own and last night, but I don't think it will hold a candle to the Roger or Mark.

This season is my first season. My wife and I watch it every week. Brittany is cute but she seem like a real big bitch. Too much crying in the show, especially guys. Nice to see Mark able to come after being voted off.

I don't workout but it seem like the workouts these contestants are doing are not doing it properly. I've always thought proper techiques are more critical than just getting as many rapid reps in as possible.

I watch it every week. Jillian makes me drool. So not fair that two got to come back. Since one had to come back, I really wish it had been Bernie or at least someone who had Kelly's back. I was glad the guys didnt win the biggest loser of the week this week but then again it sucks that it was Ali.

I imagine that since the Black team was in the final four last season that maybe that's why Bob chose all guys this season. Loser.

It was funny how they mentioned it was harder for girls to put up the same numbers as the guys and then the host got a jab in by mentioning a girl was the biggest loser of the week hehe.

Yeah the form is pretty terrible especially with the weights, but they are still burning a ton of calories so thats why the weight is melting off... Form is important so people dont get injured and we have seen a few people this season injured (eventhough they dont really say why, but its obvious by watching some of the exercises) so it doesnt surprise me.

Yeah Britany does seem like a bitch (which is one of the reason I find her cute) but she does seem to put in as much work as the guys, but just wont get the same results. And I agree about Dan, as long as he doesnt win, I think Ill be happy with whoever else does. Kelly is from my small ass home town in Florida so that would be cool to see her win.

I love Brittany and will be sad when she leaves next week. I thought this past week was the worst ep of the season though...first, they bring back 2 players - a total slap in the face to everyone on the show...then Ali acts like a total bitch to everyone she's training with (not cool).

I wish we could have seen what really went on at the weigh in... Jillian was pretty riled up and I think she must have said more to Allison, because she looked shocked... it was so out of the blue and harsh I was surprised...and then for no reason, we DON'T get the elimination...horrendous.

I'm rooting for Dan overall...he can be a douche, but at least he's not always crying about how much he loves his brother.

I thought I was the only one here who watched this show. I have really been enjoying this season, especially after the previosu season which I found to be really boring.

I was so pissed that they brought back Mark. I was hoping to never have to see that asshole jerk on my TV ever again. UGH. I wish it had been Bernie, or Curtis, or anyone other than Mark. HATE HIM. The only saving grace is that he doesn't really have much more weight left to lose so he should lose. He probably just screwed himself out of the $100,000 at home prize by coming back now.

I wasn't wild about Ali coming back either, there were other women I would have rather seen rejoin the ranch.

A lot of people do not like Dan, but he is the only member of the blue team I can tolerate. I just thought he was sweet how close he was to his mom. I wish she would have come back, Jackie was a hoot.

Yeah, Jadzia I was thinking I was the only one who watched as well, and didnt dare start a thread due to the scorn I might face... All I hope is that the spoiler you posted is true. But the fact that they had a 2 hour show, which spends way too much time recapping everything, and we couldnt see who was voted off really soured my enjoyment of this season (which I had really enjoyed up to that point).

The guys team in general just pisses me off because they are just a bit too weepy and cry more than the girl team does. When Mark was kicked off, my wife and I were both thinking they were all going to all start making out with each other.

Yeah, I'm rooting for Kelly too. I felt so bad for her last week when she got the worse deal of the group from the vendor machine. Didn't get money or the bonus 1 pound off card. Just a bunch of calories.

Yeah, they acted like he was jumping on a grenade or something to save the team. And he was gone, what a week?, and they cry and blubber like he returned from the dead.

I wonder how much of that weight loss was water/salt from tears?

I'm not a big fan of Mark either, but I've loved watching the interaction between the two brothers.

They seem to have the stereotypical big brother/little brother relationship, and it appears to be remarkably unhealthy. My fiance is a family therapist and I'm a hateful bastard, and we both have an absolute field day commenting on these two.

Still, if they had to bring someone back, choose someone that you can root and cheer for, like Bernie or the Father from the first team that was kicked off this season.

I find the brother Jay rather strange-looking. From certain angles, he almost looks handsome. And then from other angles, he looks mentally challenged.

Am I the only one?

I am hoping Maggie gets the boot. Seriously, does she look like she has lost any weight? Everyone else is noticeable slimmer, but she has hardly changed at all. She should have gotten the boot weeks ago.

I like Brittany and Kelly and Dan. I would be fine with anyone of them winning. But it probably be Roger.

I like him because he seemed like such a stubborn asshole, but after he was sent home he stepped up to the plate and lost a fairly large amount of weight. The fact that he's 60 years old makes his accomplishment that much more respectable, in my book. He's got 60 years of bad habits to break.

I'm 28 and I'm having a hell of a time trying to get into better shape, which helps put the work he's done into perspective.


That being said, he should've put in the effort before being eliminated, but I would have no problem rooting for him if he'd returned.
