30 Rock -- "Cooter" -- 5/8/2008

Synopsis:
Spoiler:
In the second season finale, Jack moves on to a new job involving politics in Washington, but the position is not quite what he anticipated. Meanwhile, Liz suffers a pregnancy scare, Kenneth confronts rival page Donny when applying for a summer job, and Tracy works on his latest invention.

This is the season finale.

Season Finale already? After the writer's strike cost us so much of the season, I don't think any show should have a season finale this soon (heck, they all should run at least until the end of May, IMO)

I guess it's may, but yes surprised that we are at the season finale, and yes we got screwed by the writers strike, but this show is on fire.

I was told there would be no nudity!

"My sisters all got that same call junior year of High School."

"Morpheous hears everything."

"Your boobs are going to get bigger."

Such simple, clear lines. And full of humor. Good times.

"I'm not drunk yet either"

It's a damn shame this is the finale already. LOTS of funny stuff (as usual).

Episode didn't quite do it for me, but it was okay. As for next season

Spoiler:
I think that I read in EW that when Liz adopts a child, there is a mixup and she ends up getting something like a foreign exchange student instead. Can't remember exactly, but something like that

Way to many lines to quote, but the one that got me was:

"We object to calling it a dam. How about a God finger?" Or something to that degree.

Also I liked, "We need change, we need experience, we need pens".

"It's caps, just caps!!!"

"It'll be a complete disaster, like eating a burrito before sex."

"No more crying in the bathtub tonight!"

pure gold. i feel a little blasphemous saying this, but i think the post-strike episodes of 30 Rock have been stronger than those of the Office.

30 Rock's first two seasons have been MUCH better than seasons 3 and 4 of The Office.

My favorite moment: Dennis takes a moment to break the fourth wall and smirks at the camera.

I liked kenneths lady. and was that the guy from Lost/Sopranos that burst into the room?

Loved the continuation with the soledad chips or whatever, and Jenna's little speech for Kenneth was great.
