Yeah, I would have preferred them going to commercial break, with Mrs. Chen telling us they voted in between and that Angie was out.

No, no, they also sat in the shower and launched soda bottles in the air!

And they also threatened to walk out of the house because producers tried to give them alcohol to make them SOMEWHAT interesting.

So see, other stuff did happen! It was the most action packed season ever!

The editors on this show continue to suck ass - the vote was completely unnecessary as we knew Angie was going home because they made it look like Mr. Respect was throughout the ep.
Either the editors continue to suck ass or the houseguests are really dumb. They made it out to show Jessie was digging his own grave, then they all vote out Angie. No one has the balls to split the votes, no one has been backdoored yet. These eliminations have been boring so far, at least until Libra goes home.

Damn!

Spoiler:
and I was hoping that things would have been shaken up this next week.

She just got out of the shower on AD and was combing her hair and all the dust was coming out of it. What kind of person takes a shower and doesn't wash their hair? I've never understood that about women (my mom included)

Though, I have it easy in life, myself!

How come they never mention or show April and Ollie's "Showmance?"

What I also liked about Season 1 was that they took vices and conveniences away from the houseguests. IIRC, there was no coffee or cigarettes, and I believe the hot water/shower time was limited. I liked this concept, because it raised the tensions in the house and made them "rough" it out a lot more, plus it created conflicts if, for instance, a houseguest took too long of a shower. Then they decided to change direction and give them anything and everything they wanted (except for the "slop.") On the other hand, I guess the personalities and character of the different houseguests create enough conflict and tension.

This season has its conflicts ... it's just that they've been too juvenile to be interesting. Keesha is proving herself to be more of a player than she first appeared. I'm not sure where Jessie got the idea he could badger her into doing what he wanted. Speaking of which, have you noticed that people (Jessie) who have to tell you how smart they are, aren't? (Especially when they have a vocabulary of about 100 words) One last thought - since the house is divided in groups, why are all the votes unanimous? If I had a target on me, I wouldn't worry about keeping under the radar.

Well, to give Jesse credit where credit is due, the man-child has an amazing ability to create new words. With his re-imagining of the English language his vocabulary easily doubles to 200 words. Hopefully someone will compile a complete list of Jesseisms by the time he's evicted.

People who are genuinely intelligent don't need to "prove" it to you by constantly telling you how intelligent they are or how many degrees they have. People who do that either have some sort of inferiority complex or they're trying to convince themselves of how intelligent they are.

That's funny because I said the exact thing to my wife last week when they had his mother on saying how smart he was.

They probably feel that an interracial relationship involving a black man and white woman would turn off certain viewers. Why else wouldn't they show it? We've always seen Showmances on Big Brother.

It was backwards, but it said "Angie Memphis Michelle We Love You" where the "love" is a heart.

I'll miss Angie's rack, but not her chain-smoking.

I thought Mrs. Chen claimed the banner was not BB-related?

You guys are so right about Jessie trying way too hard to sound smart. I mean, what the hell did his speech even mean? I knew all of the words he used. It's just the order of them that made no sense whatsoever. I think he was saying something about respect.

I kept noticing that woman in the pink sweater in the front row. You couldn't miss her because she was right to Julie's left. I kept hoping they would come back to Julie after Jessie's speech and the pink sweater woman would give a "What?" expression. As it is, it at least looked like she did the misunderstood head shake.

Sorry... I went advanced in order to preview the post before submitting it to be sure it posted correctly with spoiler intact. Had no idea that it would show up unspoilerized in emails...

What? No comments on Ollie & April going at it doggie style last night?

(I was going to post a link to the YouTube video but I see that it's been pulled.)

A preacher's son and a girl who says she doesn't want to embarrass her family making very graphic porn on national television. You can't make this stuff up folks.

People's ability to debase themselves never ceases to amaze me.
