Official Big Brother 10 2008 Thread!
The show premieres on Sunday July 13th, which is less than 3 weeks away, so we should be getting a rundown of the contestants by next week. I really hope they have a more diverse and interesting cast this time around. After the drama of Dick & Daniele in BB8, BB9 was a BIG letdown.
But the main reason I'm starting the thread now is that the Wednesday night show will be telecast with a live studio audience every week. How do I know this?
Well my friend e-mailed me this morning telling me that she got tickets to the live telecast on Wednesday July 23rd and I'm going!
I haven't been to a live taping of a show in about 20 years, so this should be a lot of fun. It will be interesting to see how much different the Wednesday night show is because of a live audience.

Last time the show used a "live audience" for the boot/interview shows it was a tiny seating arrangement of maybe 50 chairs, and most folks looked like they were studio plants/extras rather than tourists/family.

A little early for the thread, but only three weeks to go. I enjoyed season nine but don't think Adam deserved to win. But thank god its almost here, summer tv has been absolutely awful without Big Brother. Will there still be Big Brother After Dark on Showtime Too, I am moving in the next few weeks and want to get Showtime if this is on.

Has anyone read anything about what twists they will pull for season ten? I read rumors at imdb that
. I don't think its true, but would be really cool if it happens.

The funny thing is that 3 of those 4 don't fit into the theme and the one that does barely does so. I think most BB fans would think the opposite was true of them.

When you watch the UK version of BB you realize how much better the show is when the host actually has a pulse.

Can't wait for the premiere. I still liked BB9 quite a bit, even though many think it was a disappointment, but following the 'Evel Dick Show' known as BB8, no matter who would come along couldn't top the antics and the entertainment value of him, even though I thought at times 'A Baller' came pretty close
But I must say the cast of BB10 have their hands full to try to top BB9 in the Smut Department thanks to the infamous 'Pool Orgy.' (thank you BBAD) All I ask for the ladies in the house to NOT have a voice that sounds like in any way like Natalie's!

Evel Dick was the greatest. The fights with Dick vs. Eric, Amber, Dustin and Jen made for great tv...and the infamous ED wake up call was also great. If they're going to do fans vs. favorites I'd like to see Dick, Dr. Will and Janelle return for sure.

Currently, Producer Alison Grodner is saying that, -for the first time since Season Three, -everyone will be strangers to one another, -there will be no prior relationships.
