Great episode. I love the chemistry that Hugh Laurie has with Robert Sean Leonard. The scenes on the road trip and funeral were excellent. Great to see them make up.
Next week looks great. I thought it was kind of hot seeing 13 (aka Dr. Hadley) making out with a girl. They mentioned her bi-sexuality in an earlier episode but never explored it until now.

I just don't think I like the show a whole lot anymore. I find myself liking S1/S2 episodes that I occasionally catch on USA a whole lot better. House crossed a line from being a likeable jerk to a somewhat annoying jerk that isn't so likeable anymore.
I know they've got to keep pushing him further, but I just don't like it nearly as much when I really start to dislike the main character.
That, plus the fact that Wilson never seems to have backbone and how much they've pushed the original team to the back, hurts it for me too.
IMO, it's gone from a really really good show in S1-S2 to something I'll record but will watch something else live, may wait a while before watching, or just delete if I need room on the DVR before catching it.

Wow, I thought this episode was one of the best of the entire series, not just this season.
And actually, I found House to be much more the "likable jerk" again in this episode. The scene in the diner when he looks at Wilson and says "isn't this fun?" just cracked me up.
And the final scene was excellent by BOTH actors, and brought some new depth to their characters.

For those wondering about the spinoff...
Question: Loving Michael Weston on House. What's the latest on his possible spin-off? -- Josh
Ausiello: It's officially...not happening. A Fox insider confirms that the potential offshoot has been scrapped. In its place, the network is said to be developing an hour-long House companion that revolves around Thirteen's soon-to-be-introduced brother, a lawyer by the name of Eleven. (I'm here all week!)

Last year, while good, was definitely affected very negatively by the strike. This is a bit of a sorta spoiler, but the new team was never meant to be on this long.

Now this was a great episode. the House/Wilson interactions were classic show. House feigning sadness for his "father" to get his DNA was absolutely perfection.
