I have to say that the past three eps(which I dvr'd and watched one after the other) have been great. As with other series, it seems to be picking up steam, plotwise, as it's viewer numbers decline. And if it is being moved to Friday's, as mentioned in this or previous week's thread, is true then the end is not far away. Though one can only hope the suits realize that Friday's will never be Thursdays and with DVRs they don't have to be.

It's starting to move a bit slowly this week and getting confusing at times... they need to throw in some more action.

I'm starting to think that twist this season will be that the Asian girl is evil while Weaver is good.

I'm in the boat with those who think the show is getting better and better. I'm actually having an easier time following it, so long as I stay current with the episodes. It's good TV and I sure hope it doesn't get canceled.

While Friday night usually means death to a show, I read somewhere that Fox likes this show because it has strong DVR support in the right demographic (plus there's a new Terminator movie coming out). If that's the case, a change to Friday night might only boost their Friday night numbers, if DVRs are counted.

"John Henry" is a fascinating development. Like someone else above said, the Urinator is probably working for the machine rebel faction that wants to develop a machine with a soul. I wonder if they're going to go into Galactica human/Cylon hybrid territory with this storyline. And it's interesting that they went the biblical ten commandments route and not Asimov's three Laws of Robotics route in the humanization of John Henry. The writers seem to be more interested in exploring the soul in the machine aspect rather than machine as useful appliance doing humans no harm aspect.

I have a ? about the final scene where Sarah smashes the mirror ("lots of mirrors in this world") after she sees that three dot pattern on her face.

I assume she smashes the mirror in frustration because when she sees the three dots on her cheek she realizes that her instincts were wrong about the significance of the three dots (like Derek tried to convince her)? And like the Asian guy said, it was just a logo? Or did I miss something?
I think you're on the money. Sarah realized that if she wanted to she could see that pattern everywhere, and it just caused a lot more problems than it solved.

I have to agree with Snowmaker. Like Heroes, the writing is very patchy and not at all as good as it could be.

I meant "alone" in that there's nothing I can do about what he's feeling about the show. People like you and Snowmaker have somehow been let down by the writing of the show and you have every right to feel that way. I don't happen to share this feeling. However, I'm not going to tell you how you guys should feel.

Did I miss an episode? When was the blackout? When did the psychiatrist get killed? Wasn't Sarah just talking to him last week?

i wonder how much the not listing it as "new" had to do with viewers this week, because the same thing happened to me...

and count me in on those who think the last 3 episodes have been great, I am actually really enjoying this series...

It was weird how they included it and I was also confused at first too. But I do believe he was killed during this episode.
