I actually just checked my dvr, and it says it runs from 10pm to 11:45, so its actually an hour 45 minutes. So just as a heads up.

Yea, I've wondered what they meant by 90 minutes. Didn't know if that was with or without commercials. The Shield usually runs with limited ads anyway. FWIW, the official site lists the showing ending at 11:30.

In any event, I'm glad to see the show that put FX on the map getting a good going away. I'm throwing a party tommorow and watching it with some friends on my projector. Even cleaned the popcorn kettle for this one!

At least there's no possibility of some stupid asshole spoiling next weeks episode.

It hasn't been in HD on my provider (WOW Cable).

Funny thing is, Sons Of Anarchy doesn't show as HD either in the guide, but when I watched it last week it was either HD or shown 16:9.

I couldn't imagine relying on my DVR for this episode. My ass will be in the chair at 8:59 PM CST. Bring it on!

Mwhahahah.

I am both dreading and gleefully awaiting this moment. I'm so sad to see this go, but I know that it will end on a high note (maybe not for some characters but overall).

Also, my prediction........I think that kid is gonna kill Dutch. Just have a feeling about it.

I am so pysched for tonight...and pretty sad to see it ending. At least it's going out on a high note, unlike many TV series before it.

If you need some "Shield" related stuff to kill time before the episode, here's an interview with Walton Goggins about some of his previous roles (there aren't any spoilers about tonight's finale in it):

And one with Shawn Ryan (I haven't read that one yet, so I don't know if there are any spoilers):

CANNOT FUCKING WAIT!

I might need a sedative so I don't have a heart attack from the intensity.

I dunno, I think it is going to be the other way around, maybe the kid will kill his mother then Dutch will freak out and kill the kid.

It's definintely not going to be something obvious like the kid killing Dutch.

One thing I have learned from this show is the writers are always one step ahead of the viewers. Never expect the obvious.

I think they have built up Dutch killing someone so he knows what he it feels like (besides a Cat) for so long, that some viewers (like me) will be a little disappointed if he doesn't get to kill someone (with is hands).
