So, is Daphne able to "share" her power with anyone she's touching (like Hiro can teleport others when touching them) or does she have super-strength and carries the others while running really fast?
Also, How did she know exactly where it time to run to and back? I did not buy that part.

Thank you! I was wondering when someone would catch that! And TiVo had it titled incorrectly as well - they labeled the episode "Duality".
So I guess Micah is going to return in the next volume? Overall, this installment was a little goofy and confusing with all the alliance switching - still it was miles better than volume 2! I hope the re-addition on Bryan Fuller can restore the remaining half of season 3 to the coolness that was S1.

Hiro punching out Tracy was the best laugh out loud moment all season. Peter's got his absorbing abilities back, though I assume he has to start over collecting powers. I cringed at the thought of Ando gaining powers, but his actually make sense. He can't really do anything on his own, just amplify other's powers. The perfect power for a sidekick. I wonder if this will play a role in Hiro gaining back his powers.

So Fugitives is a Civil War rip off which itself was a Mutant Registration rip off.
I thought this episode was a cluster...
Why were the "villains" all of a sudden helping Peter? Ando learns to use his powers in all of 2 minutes? Adrenaline works indefinitely and doesn't wear off? Peter now synthetically has his original powers?

I thought this episode was a nice wrap up to a very convoluted and confusing chapter. I am glad to get this one behind us and am anxious to start the next story. It looks promising.
I had to laugh at Parkman's explanation of Daphne's time travel ability. I'm pretty sure that traveling faster than the speed of light (at least according to Einstein) does not cause someone to travel back in time. It only causes time to move slower. But I'm sure someone here will correct me if I'm wrong.

I had to when the kid from 4400 was killed within the first few minutes. I figured they were setting him up for something...and boom, he's a goner.

Poor kid. Can't catch a...break! I'll be here all day people!
Anyways, The Company is now gone along with all the section 5 people (except maybe the blue flame guy?). And how the hell did Suresh get out of their alive so fast? He got cured and within seconds the place exploded. Can he now heal (no...he had a gash on his head). What about Angela? Did she make it out (I don't recall seeing her leaving).

Before I even START commenting - you do realize that these are sci-fi/comic book concepts at work here, right?
It does seem to wear off which is why she brought Ando with her to get Hiro. When she stole the formula back from Tracy, she was simply using her regular super speed in the present day which required no "boost".
I believe the dialogue leads one to believe that his "absorb and mimic" ability has been restored. He was only able to fly because he re-learned Nathan's ability (and probably blue flame torch guy's?). So he is no longer invincible until he meets Claire again.

I think he was referring to Meredith's dose of adrenaline that Sylar gave her.

I think the implication is that everybody has a single, inert power within them (possibly based on their personality type) that can be activated through various means (eclipses, formulas, etc). Peter's power is and always will be mimicry.

He also got back the ability to have a face scar.
I guess I assumed he got the whole package back, but going by previously-established show logic, he could have gotten just the mimicry, only flight, or possibly the ability to move the entire universe while he remains in place.

BTW,
what episode was it where Hiro went into the future and saw Ando throwing the red fireball at him? I wonder if that scene makes more sense now since we know Ando helps abilties...was he helping Hiro instead of fighting him?

Writer #1: Oh Shit! We forgot about the Haitian.
Writer #2: You were supposed to write him out of the building.
Writer #1: Me?!? It was my job to figure out how to get Ando to the past.
Writer #2: Crap. Crap. We can't lose the Haitian. He's our best deus ex machina.. er.. I mean.. character.
Head Writer: Don't worry guys. This is Heroes. We'll just write in a scene in the next episode where Sylar creates some sort of energy shield around that section of the building. He and Haitian can both survive then.
Writer #1: Heh. Writing is fun.

Lots of logic gaps as was mentioned by everyone here already, and the one-liners were cheesier than normal. The good thing is they thinned the herd, but we all know Sylar isn't gone.
I liked this story on X-Men so maybe it will be good. I understand Nathan's logic for once. He wanted everyone to have powers to be on equal footing. (That is stupid logic because if it's dangerous for a few it's dangerous for everyone to have them. Unless he's going by the MAD theory of mutant powers.) However if he can't give them to everyone he wants to keep the few locked up.
The time travel stuff was particularly annoying. Daphne said he could mess up the past if he died? Uhhh, no. He would just die and be a John Doe. Also traveling back and forward like that? Yeah, ok. Also why didn't she run back, grab it from Hiro before the dad sliced it, then go forward a little, grab Hiro and go back. Come on! Eliminate fucking time travel from this show already.
