I was hoping they wouldn't break out the "female Sheldon" storyline so soon in the series. Hopefully they round her character out a little and give her a unique personality rather than have her just be Sheldon with breasts.

Once again, an interesting secondary character becomes the focus and thoroughly beaten into the ground.
The scene with Sheldon & Blossom was excruciating.

Caught this for the first time tonight and didn't laugh once. Maybe you have to know the characters to get it. The laugh track was really irritating and intrusive.

The blonde chick was hot, though.

I've been growing tired of this show and its laugh track and tonight's episode didn't help. Did anyone else think it just kinda ended? It wasn't even 20 min.

I thought it was OK, but not all that funny. I still usually find the show entertaining even when it's not bringing all the laughs. The Leonard/Penny thing is getting a little tiring though.

I enjoyed this episode a lot - Leonard's "30 feet" line made me bust out, along with several other moments in the show. Especially the rooftop scene.

Sheldon wasn't a huge focus of this episode, and frankly...every episode is going to be about him and Leonard in some way. It's not as bad as something like Family Matters where a secondary character took all the focus. In this case, Sheldon is a lead, so you have to expect they'd focus episode on him and his quirks. And it all still made me laugh.

It seemed so random for a season finale ... Penny's dating, drunken hookup, Leonard whining that he can't initiate a drunken hookup, two minutes of female Sheldon, then done.

I thought the episode was fine, but not really series finale type stuff. I thought Blossom at the end was way too much.

I was fine with it being a season finale. It sets up Leonard being a drunken wreck and Sheldon dating for next season. I'm ok with that.

I don't think it'll establish Leonard as a drunken wreck at all, since it was just a gag to mirror how it worked for Penny.

This is a weird show for me. I watch it, I like it but I rarely laugh at it. I did like Koothrappali watching the Good Wife though. I've never seen it but him saying "The Good Wife is crying, something is wrong" made me laugh.

Penny looked ridiculously hot in that dress.

I'm out, even though I've only seen a few eps this season. I don't know who Blossom is so I don't know why people were happy to see it or where it was in this episode but this show had a couple of high notes & has never come close to reaching them again. I just can't get past the typical & obvious sitcom humor of the show. The jokes are just so easy all the time, one character says the set-up line, next character answers with the sitcom-ready punchline. It makes me cringe & then the ending with Sheldon meeting a female Sheldon just seemed like such a cliche. I know people love this show & it definitely had a couple of good eps (mostly because I'm a comic book geek), but I guess its just not my kind of sense of humor.

The dialogue with Blossom was as bad as anything I have seen on television in the last year. A poorly written scene that just looked awkward, and Blossom's acting was atrocious. I hope this bit of stunt casting (and that is exactly what it is) does not derail the show.

Why couldn't they use 6 instead of Blossom? Everyone knows that she was the best part of that show.
