I can't believe the lake house thing didn't turn into a big pointless chase scene. It probably would have if the guy hadn't Michael Scotted right into the lake.

Color me surprised that Jax's plan has completely blown up in his face.
Actually the only thing surprising is that the drugs Chibs put in his bike weren't found.
At this point Sutter could somewhat redeem himself if he ended the series with SAMCRO being completely wiped out.

Given the material that this show is loosely based on, I've been expecting a big bloody finale since season 1.
After this episode we now know that the flights of angels will be trannies.
Wait, holy shit. Tig has always seemed crazy, but what if that's been an act all this time and Jax is just a silly-walking misdirect? Tig is the real Hamlet!

Not from this episode but this season so far -- did I miss why no ones looking for the previous sheriff that got blasted in the same house that tara got murdered? Shouldn't it be swarming with authorities looking for a cop killer?
Oh, and that was a huge fcking blast of a grenade that hurt nobody within a few feet of it. Made in China?

Given how they butchered House of the Risinh Sun a few years back, we're lucky they didn't change the song to "Baby please don't go down to Charming town..."

I love how a fucking grenade blew up basically next to them, left a crater, yet no one is was even injured. That was pretty stupid, even for SOA.

I have a terrible memory, so forgive me but:
What did Juice do again to piss off SAMCRO?
Did Nero tip off the Chinese to take them out at the ice cream shop? I know he has beef with Jax but what was the point of that?
Otherwise, another brilliant episode crafted by the one and only Mr. Sutter.

I'm guessing it had something to do with Jax killing one of his men because Gemma told him that's who killed Tara and also Lin's businesses being knocked off.

No, I got all that, but the phone call one of the Chinese dudes made to Nero thanking him for ensuring they'd all be in one spot didn't make sense to me. Why would they call him and tell him that? It made it seem like Nero actually set them up to get taken out.

Juice killed one of Nero's guy's wife. Dave Navarro's old lady. Jax swore to Nero that he had nothing to do with it, that she overdosed. Juice told Nero, which made him not trust Jax. Jax found out that Juice told Nero and basically told Juice he was a marked man. Juice fled as a result.

Was kind of drunk when watching this (which made it more bearable)
So... Marks was working with the minister on that "key business deal"... who just randomly happened to be the one that SAMCRO accidentally killed... but fortunately they buried them in a shallow grave so they could find a phone... and the phone just happened to have a video of Venus doing one of the ministers? What a fortunate string of coincidences and not at all just a convenient way to get Venus into more scenes.
And were either Gemma or Juice actually talking to people in those opening scenes? Or were they just talking to themselves? In my inebriated state it seemed like Juice was, but it was less clear with Gemma. And was that Courtney Love as the teacher?

Gemma was "talking" to Tara and Juice was talking to himself.
And yes on all of those coincidences.

I never thought I'd dislike a character more then Gemma...then Juice came along....then Courtney Love showed up. This show sucks now. I think I've officially entered hate watching territory.

if it were not the final season I would likely have quit it by now. Although my prediction of the "Tig & a Tuck" spinoff looks like a solid one.

9 more episodes left? Is there enough people alive for that many extended episodes?
