I feel like this show has so much potential of greatness but I am let down each episode. Oh well, I'll finish this season off at least.

I'll finish the season but I am completely disappointed in the show. It had good potential in the beginning but really isn't funny or clever at all.

Robbins and Maribeth Monroe's scenes are the only scenes that are remotely entertaining.

So the stuff with the pilots on the ground was ultimately useless save for the one guy stealing that artifact.

I agree, but for me that speaks more to how bad the rest is. Robbins is now in full blowhard mode (when he isn't dealing with his one fault: his out of control virility) and the rest of the show is just plain unfunny even when it isn't parroting Robbins' juvenile world view. I've seen enough.

I liked the political shenanigans in last night's episode.
The stuff going on with Larson and Talbot/Rafiq and the 2nd coupe to take over Pakistan was quite entertaining.
But, I thought the pilots were borderline obnoxious. Go figure at the last moment they would be asked to save the day.

I guess not many others stuck with this show. I actually really enjoyed it and look forward to a second season. Tim Robbins was by far the best part of the show, and the pilots the weakest, but I think it can build off of what it has and make the show better going forward.

I enjoyed it enough... wasn't great, but it was still decent enough to spend 20 minutes per episode.
I liked that the bunker is located 200 feet below a Neiman Marcus in Virginia... and they found time to do some shopping.
The ending left me a little worried as a group found the undetonated nuke - making me wonder if S2 will be repetitive... only with different players.

I enjoyed the majority of it. I could have done without the multiple pilot storylines but I loved them the last 2 episodes.
Robbins was the highlight without a doubt.

I thought both this and Ballers started out pretty weak, but had pretty good finales. I'll definitely keep watching them.
Was it just me, or was the fighter pilot action in this episode insanely realistic? This is of course coming from someone who is not a fighter pilot.

Enjoyed both this and 'Ballers' despite he mixed reactions they both received. Nothing to heavy and I felt like after the cluster fuck that was 'True Detective', then something like these shows worked out for me.
Tim Robbins was hilairious and DAYUM! if Carla Cugino isn't sexy as hell!!
Anybody happen to have a GIF her when she as getting oral or when she was crawling away on hands and knees

HBO changed their mind and now there will not be a season 2.

Meh. I liked it a lot at first, but it got progressively worse. Robbins got way too preachy sometimes too...made it seem non-fiction at times.

I didn't get anything put of Ballers but like this a lot. I can live with it as sort a short-run comedy mini-series.
