I saw that tweet and it didn't make sense to me. If what happened in Peacemaker S1 is canon to Peacemaker, and S2 is canon to DCU, how does that even work? Maybe the interaction with the Justice Leage didn't happen?

Yeah, I’m not entirely convinced that the DCU isn’t going to have some of the same problems the DCEU did. Just under a different regime.

All the nerds on internet right now. So you’re saying, season one was part of the previous arc, and now season 2 is a re-set arc? So season 1 is not interconnected. 
I personally don’t care about interconnected shit, arcs and serialization. I just want an entertaining season of TV.

Yeah, honestly as long as the second season is an immensely entertaining show that puts a big smile on my face like the first season did, I'll be happy.

Agreed. The first season was stupidly good. I just want more, continuity be damned.
