If it did sell, he'd send me 15g and keep 10g for himself. So either way we both win. But good to know there are people like him out there
why would he do that unless he used a hack and does not want you to report him.
Did you ask him how he did it?

I just hit 43 on my Tauren Hunter, and I am about to make my first alt character. I wanted some suggestions.

Warlock- because I like the fact they have a pet
Rogue- I like the fact that they can solo pretty well
Shaman- See above
Druid- I like the transforming skills

I don't want a Priest, Warrior, or any alliance characters. I was thinking of being a Tauren again since I know the race so well, and the quests, but I'd kind of like to try an Orc maybe or even an Undead character. I don't want to be a Troll.

Any advice? Pros and cons? Wasthinking of taking up herbs and alchemy as my profession.

I say do a Rogue. That was my first alt character and I'm loving it. Seriously, after playing the Rogue, playing any other character in the game is like playing in slow-motion.

Ghym, did I talk to you the other night about crafting a Hide of the Wild? I think it was you, either that or I saw you running around IF.

nickdawgy, if you don't want to be a priest then don't do druid. Because when you do instances and grouping, you'll essentially be playing the priest role as a druid.

With the 1.8 Druid changes I think druid's are going to have more than just the healer role in dungeons/raids. As it is right now, when doing most 5 man content I've been happy to grab a druid instead of a warrior for MT. Granted, expect a lot of people to want you to heal...

That's what I thought too. My main is a rogue, I have four alts - druid, hunter, shaman, and another rogue - the three that aren't rogues get beoring after a while, although I thought the hunter was pretty fun.

I made rank 3 - Sgt. this week, so I was pretty happy about that. I think Blizzard was making up for not giving me Grunt when I earned it It's crazy how much faster you gain honor in the higher level battlegrounds. I just hit 47 last night, my next goal is 48 and then the long road to 60.

I am a 60 Druid and I am mixed about the new updates....I am kind of a, do it all build now....I might change with the new builds. I am strting to do a lot of battle Grounds (I love PVP) but still run MC, so not sure what I am going to do with new Druid

Currently I have my Armor up to 8,600 in bear form, 100.00 DPS in cat form (High for us Druids), can be in the top 3 in MC, and can do well in PVP with root, moonfire, starfire, an wrath (as well as shape shifting)

- Rokosh on Eredar

Can anyone recommend what a mage can do to increase armor? I'm at level 17 now, and my armor rating is under 400 (that's with the shield spell and minor armor potion). I did the quest where I gather jewels and cloth to get a robe, but it's not even that great of a robe. There's no way for me to use leather armor, is there? All the cloth armor I find pretty much blows

As a cloth wearer your options are limited best you can hope for is to get as good equipment as possible and get armor kits

Even at lvl 36 I have around 700-800 armor

Never pay attention to the armor rating as a mage. it is never enough to make a difference.

Nope, that wasn't me. Although I was probably running around IF.

It's always faster to rank up as you go up in level. It's all about how much damage you do and the rank of the person you kill. That's why I'm not sure why people worry about rank so much before they hit 60. In your late 50's, you can roll to rank 3 in one week worth of BG, maybe even a few days. You could get as much as 200+ honor points for one kill.

I rolled to rank 3 at 60 in maybe 3 weeks. I don't even play in the battlegrounds (haven't even tried it yet). I just do old school pvp. And this is on a low low population server too.

So basically, my suggestion to people is if you're worried about your rank, worry about your level first.

joeblow69,

There's no reason to worry about armor as a cloth wearer. As a mage, you have all sorts of kiting skills at your fingertips. Priests can heal themselves, and warlocks have lots of HP along with a life drain and soul link with their demon.

Yeah, I can definitely see how that is true. I'm not really considered with my rank as much as my level, BG just serves as a nice break from quests and it's always nice to see some reward for my work.

I hit lvl 48 earlier today, so I am happy.

As far as my guild goes, our name is Beechwood Tripod, and there are three of us (as are name suggests). It's just me a and my two roommates, but it works for us.

The arathi basin battleground pwned me yesterday. it pissed me off enough to have me call it quits for the night.

I signed up and was in the queue for about ten minutes then got called up. I was in the battle ground for 2 seconds (didnt even get a chance to move) before it was over. then i was kicked out and had to get re-queue up so i was at the end of the queue again. after about ten minutes more of waiting i got in. the battle started, we (alliance) sucked badly. I (mage) kept getting killed by hunters in 2 hits, whats up with that? Aimed shot and something that does as much damage.
Anyways, we had like 400 resouces and they had like 1960 and warcraft crashed on me. so i geuss i lost any of the losing honor i should have got.
I love Ab, but i can never seem to get in on my server, i tried for a few days and got stuck in the queue for hours without being called up.
