The guy working the video game area at the CC near my office had a printout with "Clearance $8.96" at the top. He wouldn't let us borrow the list, but he walked around with us and helped us verify which games were on sale. I didn't get anything, but a guy I work with picked up a couple of PS2 titles.

I ran by two CC's this morning. Picked up:

DS:
Polarium
Trace Memory

PS2:
Wild Arms 4
Tony Hawk's American Wasteland Collector's Edition

Was really hoping for We Love Katamari and Radiata Stories, but no dice on those.

Went by to one at lunch picked up
DS:
Madden 06
GBA:
Dr Mario
Sigma Star Saga

My friend picked up the limited Mark Echo tin and Matrix on PS2.

Most of the stuff I wanted wasn't there, but I'm running by another CC on the way home from work.

Anyone want to pick the following for me?
Advance Wars (DS)
Final Fantasy IV (GBA)
Super Mario Advance 2: Super Mario World (GBA)

I don't have a Circuit City anywhere close to me.

Thanks for posting this. I recently bought a DS and bought several games that I wanted to try.

I was able to get:
DS - Pan N Roll, Dig Dug Digging Strike, Pac-Pix, Trace Memory, Burnout Legends, Goldeneye Rogue Agent, Urbz, Need for Speed 2 Underground, Ultimate Spider-man, Advance Wars, & Finding Nemo (for my 2 year to look at).

GBA - Dr. Mario/Puzzle League, Wario Ware inc., Donkey Kong Country 2, Pacman Pinball, Driv3r, Mario Golf, Final Fantasy 1 & 2 Dawn, FF Tactics advance, Metriod Zero Mission, & Mario Pinball Land

A total of 21 Games! (22 in all if you count SM2) Awesome!

You may want to add 2 others to your DS list. Spider-Man 2 is ringing up at $9.96 (which I also picked up). I also picked up World Championship Poker Deluxe Series for $5.96 the other day also at CC.

Guess I won't need Gamefly for some time now.

The only DS game that I couldn't find in stock that I wanted was Meteos. The only GBA game I couldn't find was Super Mario World and Mario VS. Donkey Kong. Pretty good luck.

No need to thank me, just passing the info along where it would be appreciated.

I went looking only for Advance Wars but struck out. No big deal. Glad so many people are making good use of it.

Awesome find btw. I picked up all for the DS: King Kong, Trace Memory, and Ultimate Spiderman. I had to dig through all the games to find these. They did a good job of hiding a lot of the ones that were on sale. Wanted but couldn't find: Goldeneye, Advance Wars, Metroid Pinball, and Star Wars ROTS.

Nothing that I don't already have that intrigues me enough to bother checking CC.

Mildly interested in FFIV and Metroid Pinball, but I'd be shocked if either of the CCs near me had them, as they're the types of games they tend to get in, sell out and never replenish (or replenish in limited numbers) as they have Tiny DS and GBA sections.

Made another run and I'm tempted to try a third CC tonight. Found three more, but still none of the games I really wanted like Tales of Phantasia
I picked up:
Mark Ecko Limited Tin (didn't really need this, but couldn't pass it up again at $9)
Wild Arms 4
DK King of Swing

I was tempted by Ultimate Spiderman on the DS, but held off since they had a ton of copies.

Picked up:

Xbox:

The Warriors
Half Life 2

GBA:

Mario Pinball
Mario Party Advance

For anyone in the Cincinnati area, the CC on Alamo Ave. had a ton of Half Life 2 on the shelf.

Thanks for bringing this thread here to DVDTalk, OP!

I don't have a Circuit City around me, but my brother lives in Milwaukee and will be scouting his nearby store. Hopefully he'll find a few on the wishlist I sent him.

These are fantastic prices!

Went back to CC to pick up some more but most of the DS was already gone. Oh well, glad I got what I did.

I picked up
Gun (X-Box)
Castlevania:Curse of Darkness (X-Box)
Guantlet: Seven Sorrows (X-Box)
NBA Street Vol. 3 (X-Box)
Sid Meiers Pirates (X-Box)
FF Dawn of Souls (GBA)
Mario Party Advance (GBA)

I was going to get FF IV (GBA), but it rang up at $29.99.
Can anyone recommend some good multiplayer games for the X-Box. I noticed Area 51 and The Warriors were, but hadn't heard anything about them.

No luck here. Anyone want to help out? I'm only looking for Meteos (DS) and/or Metroid Pinball[assuming it comes with the rumble pak](DS).

The only one my CC had was Trace Memory, so I can run and get that if anyone needs.

I tried a third CC and found:
Drill Dozer (one I really wanted)
Lunar DS
Ultimate Spiderman DS (what the heck it got great reviews)
Finding Nemo DS (maybe my daughter will like it)

Still want Tales of Phantasia, NBA Street Vol 3 for the Cube, Mario Vs Donkey Kong and Mario Party Advance, but no luck on those.

I also didn't see Meteos or Metroid Pinball at any of the stores I checked.

Darkside, I remember seeing Tales of Phantasia at one of mine and both had Mario Party Advance. I won't be able to get back to them until probably Monday (so they might be gone) but if you don't find them by then and want me to still check, I will. Neither had Mario Vs. Donkey Kong as I was looking for that one too.

Unfortunately when I revisited the CC closest to me today for the 2nd time to look for some of your requests, they had gone through them all and dumped everything in a large bin. Looks like they had gotten picked thru pretty good in the short time between my visits as well.

I emailed the guys that I have found stuff for so far.

I went to the one on 410 and San Pedro and picked up Dr. Mario/Puzzle League for the GBA (been waiting for that to drop below $10 for the longest time).

I had Polarium, Pac 'N Roll, Dig Dug, and Pokémon Dash (all DS) in hand, but put them all back.

Thanks, OP. Picked up Terminator, SSX on Tour, and the Matrix all for the PS2. They were re-alphebatizing all of the PS2 games with most of them on the floor, and I didn't have a chance to look through everything. I'll probably go back in the morning. I really want Indigo Prophecy.

Just a note for anyone looking to buy BC 360 games: Half-Life 2 apparently runs like crap on the 360, and there is a 360 version coming out that should have online play, which the original Xbox version does not have. Just FYI.

I went back again since my wife wanted me to pick up Pac-N-Roll for her. While I was there, I snagged that along with Pokemon Dash, and the Eye-Toy Antigrav /w the camera.
