I hadn't heard about Half-Life Alyx, so checked my Steam account, and there it was. I have a Valve code that gives me anything they make!

Then I read it's VR only.

It's tempting to pick up a VR headset, as I'd love some new Half-Life content.

Ouch! Just checked out the pricing on VIVE, which looks very cool. Lowest price Amazon shows (via Camelizer) is $700CDN, not including controllers. Lowest price with the controllers as a bundle was $1400CDN.

I’m only 90 minutes in but so far it’s very very good.

My brother in law has been looking for an Index for months. Did his research, saved the money and was ready to pull the trigger, but then Alyx was announced and since then it’s been impossible to find.

Resident Evil 2 Remake Deluxe Edition (PC) - $18.99
Devil May Cry 5 Deluxe Edition (PC) - $18.99

Yes I double-dipped on RE2 Remake considering I originally pre-ordered the PS4 version (because I thought my PC at the time might not be up to snuff) and beat all the campaigns on it. However I own the entire RE franchise on PC so it felt weird not having it there and an excellent sale happened so I nabbed it.

Whoa! Another Until Dawn game! Googled... oh VR. Guess I won't be playing that one.

I bought a few on sale on PS4 this week.

Dangerous Driving
Danger Zone 2
Erica
Strange Brigade

Now I just need to wrap up Yoshi's Crafting World so I can move on to one of these.

re: The last video game you bought (that you’re actually going to play)

I ordered/bought Final Fantasy Type 0 for my X Box One S off of walmart online two days ago and the game came in the mail today by Fed Ex.

All i know about the game is that it used to be for the PSP years ago then it got ported released for the Playstation 4 and X Box One

I dont know anything about the gameplay, super weapons or anything. I know a little bit about the story

Need For Speed: Hot Pursuit (PC) - $4.99
Need For Speed: Undercover (PC) - $2.49
Resident Evil 2 Remake: All In-game Rewards Unlock (PC) - $1.99

I tend to not play EA games nor buy them anymore, but EA was having a really good deal on Steam this week and I've been itching for a racing game to play so figured at the price they were even if they end up unplayable due to EA-shenanigans I'm not out much.

Also I don't usually buy "unlockable" DLC like the RE2R thing above... but since I had double dipped on this game (having already bought and beat everything on PS4) I just wanted to be able to jump right in without having to redo everything and the unlocking was 60% off, so yeah...

I sent my SNES Classic out to be hacked. Cost me like 50$. I could have done it myself but I was unimpressed with the job I did on my NES. Can’t wait to get it back.

re: The last video game you bought (that you’re actually going to play)

I bought the 'Bundle for Racial Justice and Equality.'

It's a minimum donation of $5, and includes 742 games.

"All proceeds will be donated to the NAACP Legal Defense and Educational Fund and Community Bail Fund split 50/50."

Of course, they're mostly (if not all) indie games, but it's a great deal. There are always hidden gems.
