I grabbed Titanic on BD and a couple Little Einsteins titles for my son for right around $15 shipped.

I love GH, but they have been disappointing me lately as the dozen or so items I have been waiting for always seem to be out of stock. In a couple cases (LotR:EE and Indy) the wait worked out as I was able to find them cheaper, new, elsewhere.

I received my previous batch order today. 'G Force' BD+DVD+DC is missing the DVD :-(...not a big deal, but I usually donate the DVD's to libraries or give them away to friends

I have occasional issues with that. Clearing browser cookies for hastings typically corrects it but also clears the cart. I keep a direct link to my cart to get around this so I don't lose the contents should a cookie clearing be necessary. Plus it annoys me that clicking on "cart" doesn't take you directly but only brings up a dialog box from where you have to make another click to get there.

I usually have okay luck with these guys, but I've had two bad packages in a row from them. My copy of Submarine has the bottom 2-3 inches of the spine and the case ripped up pretty badly. And I just received my unrated Hall Pass blu-ray with the r-rated DVD/Digital Copy on the left side of the case and a blu-ray copy of the Straw Dogs remake on the right side.

On the other hand my copy of the How To Make a Monster/Blood of Dracula was listed as used but showed up still sealed. So that was cool at least.

Unfortunately, they've been raising prices for a few weeks now.

I've seen many of the used Blus on my wishlist steadily go up with these exact prices...

Ultimately it's a business and they got to do what they have to to generate revenue. but in this case, that's steep. Also have you seen if they're used or previewed ? the two carry different pricing.

Yeah, guessing there'll be some drops once Christmas is over, but everything's just been going up the past 3 weeks or so. I've seen some movies on my wishlist go from $8.xx up to $13.xx and $15.xx, as well as a lot of cheaper ones going from $3.xx to $5.xx or $6.xx. The most egregious, though, are the new/newish releases that are listed for $26.67 used, as they're all available cheaper new on Hastings' own site. That's just confusing to me, as they have to have much better margins on used product than new.

Most of the year they use the cheapest used prices on Amazon's marketplace as a pricing mechanism. They have definitely been raising prices since November on used items.
