This is confusing the hell out of me. This is my first order with DDD, and I was hoping for everything to go smoothly. I put in a late order last night, got the confirmation email, then I check my email today and they've sent me this cryptic email telling me that I cancelled my order (I didn't) and that ALL of the dvds I ordered are discontinued (they aren't). Has this happened to anyone before?

I'm not sure, but that could be an explanation. I used my bank's (visa) debit card for this order. I've got the money and then some in the account, so it's not an overdraw issue. EDIT: I just checked my online banking page, and they've charged me for the order in full, now I'm officially worried.

Now, have they charged you or just authorised against your account. There's a difference. One means they have taken the money and the other means they have just verified the money is available on the card. If it's just authorised then they haven't charged you.
