Tell me about it.

I also got screwed out of a voltron season 4 set, because it was "sold out" at two best buy's. Target didn't even carry it and I have no idea about FYE (besides they usually charge too much). I mean Voltron is a cool show, I get it. But I just can't wrap my head around the fact that all of a sudden voltron season 4 is flying off the shelves. Too the point that not one store has a copy.

Anybody have more details on the new Cars bonus disc? Run time? More info on the content beyond the titles?

Here's the scoop for all of you who bought your Knocked Up 2-Disc'ers at Target and didn't get your booklet... call 1-800-626-9503 to get it sent your way. It was a long hold time, but whatever. I'd rather have my booklet than a deck of cards or some coasters that only come with the single disc edition. Plus the 5 off 25 Target coupon makes it even better!

Thanks! I called and someone picked up in less that 5 seconds (infact I don't even think it rang). Booklet is coming in 2-4 weeks! =)

Kudos to Target

Kick ass! I called the 1-800# and "Doug" picked up on the second ring. It took all of about 2 minutes and now my booklet/production notes is on its way (hopefully). Thanks again for the post!

I hope that 800 # is on the up-and-up. I called this morning and gave my info to get the book sent to me, but when I called back just now to ask who was sending the books out (Target or Universal) the girl seemed like all she was doing was reading from a card and had to search around for a couple mins to find out who was sending it out. Plus she didn't even know what Knocked Up was, she thought it was a wrestling DVD.

To the OP of the #...where did you get the # from? I can't seem to find any page or info about the # as it relates to Universal or Target.

Probably some large call center is taking care of this for Target &/or Universal. They are clueless when you ask them questions. I've delt with them for rebates/freebies from Target and several other stores.

I got the number from a Target employee working in the electronics dept. Later that day I got the same number in an email from Target because I had sent out a complaint the day before. So I'm sure things are fine.

this morning, there was a notice typed up where the Knocked Up 2-Discer is, detailing the problem and the 800 number to call. so Corporate is obviously aware of it and have instructed all stores on how to fix the problem.

Do you have to have proof of purchase, or can you just call and they'll send you one (I bought mine at Best Buy)?

This is only for people who bought it at Target. We shouldn't abuse it. When a company is willing to quickly fix a problem like this, we shouldn't do something to discourage them from doing it again.

Just did it for mine. And I agree with what Trevor said about it only being for people who bought at Target. This is a great service and people abusing it will just ruin it eventually. Let everyone who bought it at Target, wanting the book, get it. Don't spoil it.

Well, I actually did want the book at Target, but when I saw that they did not have any with them, I got the set with the stupid playing cards at Best Buy instead.

the point is if Target would've had the booklets in store i wouldn't have wasted time going to 3 seperate stores in different parts of the Johnson County area just to end up at the BB down the street....i'm currently the only one working as my wife's in nursing school and can't afford to go buy 2/3/4 different versions of one dvd--i've had to cut back my spending alot already

I just got the Knocked Up booklet in the mail today - it's actually a very cool little booklet - I'd put it up there among some of the better inserts from Criterion.

I look at it as encouraging Target not to screw up again. Ebay here I come!

Got mine in the mail Friday and returned my DVD to Target Saturday for my trouble, so technically I bought it. I think Target needs to get their act together and quit screwing up on these exclusives. Thanks OP for the number and thanks Target for the screw up. I got my 2 disc copy about $12 cheaper at CH.
