I received an order today and it was the wrong item.

I was supposed to receive "Frank Black -Black Session" cd and instead rcvd "Frank Black & Teenage Fanclub - The John Peel Sessions" which is an EP. They are shipping out the other supposed copy they have in stock as a replacement, but I think there is a pretty good chance I will get the same thing as they probably just gave the wrong barcode to this EP. Hopefully I will get the right one.

I asked for a replacement to my Ghost Rider Extended Cut because there's a slight crack in the middle of the DVD where the hole is. They said they will ship a replacement but did not ask the defective item to be returned. Is this normal that they sometimes don't ask for the product to be returned?

EDIT: Or are product return instructions included in the new shipment?

^^I received Call of Duty 4 a few days ago and after many, many attempts, it just wouldn't load. The case and the back of the disc appear to be in great shape but my 360 either wouldn't recognize it or would recognize it as a DVD (a screen pops up saying, "Please insert this disc in an Xbox 360 to play it.) The other games I got from them work beautifully, though.

I sent them an email about it and within hours I received an email saying they were mailing another copy free of charge and the next day it shipped. As a first time customer, I wasn't too happy about my situation but I must say their customer service was great. Of course, I'm assuming this second copy will actually work. Still not quite sure what to do with my first copy seeing how they don't want it back.
