Thanks Dino for the coupon link.
Used it today on The Third Man (BD). My local Borders still had it in stock.

Is the $10 off $30 able to be used more than once?
Also, do they inflate their MSRP or something? They have a lot of titles at $30.99 MSRP that everyone else has at $29.99.

Yes, just print out however many coupons you plan to use and ask for separate transactions. They have the right to refuse this, but I've never had that happen.
If it were $29.99 you wouldn't be able to use that coupon. So, you can consider yourself lucky in this instance.

But the 33% coupon has no such $30 restriction, so there really isn't an advantage there... I won't even bother with the 10 off 30 coupon. 33% is better unless you buy something that is between $30.00 - $30.28 ($30.29-$30.31 would be the exact same price with either coupon). The only true advantage to having both coupons is if you they won't let you use the 33% coupon twice, then you have a backup coupon to use...

Think I'd be able to combine the 33% or the $10 with the $3 Cloudy With a Chance coupon? Since it would be one store coupon and one manufacturer coupon...
*EDIT*
Never mind, it's $43.99, all the Borders coupons in the world couldn't bring that down to a reasonable price (save the rare 50% off coupon)

I think the important thing here is that the 33% off coupon is for ONE ITEM. The $10 off $30 is your your entire purchase.

The 33% coupon is off of the list price of an item. The $10 off of $30 coupon can be applied to items that are already on sale. Borders will usually have new releases on sale(typically a $39.99 list price item will be $29.99 for the first few weeks after release). Throw in a cheap filler item and you'll end up getting that item for close to half off.

I might use that $10 off $30 today.
My local Borders has a good handful of $14.99 BD Catalog titles right now (Superbad, Resident Evil 1-3, Burn After Reading, Hellboy, Etc.)

Let us know whether that works. I hope so because I will pick up Hellboy and Casino Royale tomorrow.

I used the $10 off $30 a few nights ago:
JETHRO TULL - Too Old To Rock & Roll...(CD) {$7.99 sale}
PAUL SIMON - The Paul Simon Songbook (CD) {$5.99 sale}
THE PICTURE OF DORIAN GRAY (1945/DVD) {$19.99 reg. price}
With coupon, all 3 came to about $25.
