Surprised no one mentioned the Buy 1, Get 60% off 2nd item coupon(BCM1219B) (online only), which expires today. It stacks with the 40% off single item coupon.

Don't forget shopping portal cash back.

Thanks misterchimpy for mentioning the coupons combine online. I didn't know that. Chose the "Ship To Store" option, so I didn't have to pay for shipping. Also my local Borders is a 10-15 minute drive from my place if that.

Ordered:

Silent Night Deadly Night (Triple Feature): $11.39
Slaughtered Vomit Dolls: $6.80

Total (after Tax): $19.92

The 40% must have expired as I can't get it to work.

It's still working. You must be a Borders Rewards member (free) and signed in to your account.

Go to www.evreward.com, there are about 20 different programs that they participate in. Looks like it is between 4-6% for straight cashback, or a bunch of different airline programs.

Thanks for your post misterchimpy! I had no idea they were stackable. I was able to cancel yesterday's order over the phone and reorder it since you can use the 60% off code twice.

I signed up for eRewards 'cuz I saw they had Borders Bucks as one of their rewards choices. Was kinda (okay very) disappointed to find out you could only redeem $15 per calendar year. I've got like... $100 built up because all the other rewards are lame. Only 30 more days 'til my next redemption! LOL

Good luck with that "ship to store." I had to wait three weeks for an order that I had sent to the local store and it was listed as "in stock."

It was probably the store not calling. Every time I've used shipped to store I've had to call them to see if it was there. They say no and call me back 2 hours later, like it just arrived. All the while I know it's been there for days when I check the tracking. Just pay attention to the tracking info and call them the day it's meant to arrive.

I'm fine with the In-Store Pickup. My local Borders store I frequent is really good about calling when items ordered have arrived.

The only times I've seen trouble with this function is when items are back-ordered, which don't get canceled until a month goes by without any changes.

I just got an email from Borders last week about an order I placed Dec.2, 2008. Supposedly they are still working on getting me a back-order (The Dark Knight). It was actually canceled 11 months ago (after waiting about 6 weeks for it to show), but for some reason they are still working on that order a year later.

Thanks for the heads-up about coupon stacking. I just placed an order for-

Fullmetal Alchemist Movie Blu-ray
Eureka Seven Movie Blu-ray
-

for $27.97 shipped. For some strange reason, the Borders website has a lower list price for anime than what it should be. For example, the list price for the Eureka Seven Blu-ray is $39.98. However, borders.com has it listed at just $20.99. I also got 6% back through ********.

Free movie?

I got my shipping notice today! Hopefully all will go well. I've done "Ship To Store" before and it has worked out fine.

I ordered on December 1st, got my shipping notice on the 2nd and my item arrived at my local store on the 4th.

Got a call today from my local store saying my order was processed and all ready to pick up

Definitely helps if you know your local store actually does their jobs.

I don't think Borders USA will be far behind--need to spend my last $8 in GC. I miss the days when borders.com was really just Amazon.com and I could spend my GCs there.
