Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
Back in the good old days, there was a $5 coupon for placing your first order with CH and it still counted as a fulfillment even if the price dipped below $19.95. However, CH has changed quite a bit and I decided not to risk it. Since the 801490 code appears to have finally croaked, I just placed a fulfillment order for True Grit Blu-ray. The price is still over $19.95 even after the $5 coupon was applied.

I don't have it in front of me because I'm not joining right now...but after you enter your personal info and hit enter...it says something about letting you know if you were accepted...it may be they are screening accounts more closely...
I know that the 801490 code worked for over 2 years for me personally...and then this mob last week from another website used it to death and now it's gone...
maybe they tightened up enrollment too...I'm just guessing...

2 years, wow. Yeah, I haven't cycled accounts in about 2 years (after doing 40 accounts over 4 years). I thought 801490 sounded familiar... I stopped buying DVD's, but BD enrollments lured me back in. Glad I opened 2 accounts right away, and fulfilled one of them with 2 uses of 801490 right away. I guess I'll wait a while to fulfill the 2nd account, until another deal comes along...

So where/how do you guys get these codes? Is it because we are new that we do not receive these and you are nice enough to post them here for us? Just wondering as I would have loved that one yesterday. For sure would have bought 1 of the cheap blu's in both of my accounts and used the Bonus points to bring the cost down to essentially just the shipping and tax. Oh well, better luck next time I guess.

FYI...You can only use Bonus Points when you have enough to get an item for free. And that's based on the Club (Full) Price and not the selling price. As an example, Mutiny on the Bounty BD sells for 20.97 but the Club Price is 34.97. So, to use bonus points on this item you must have 35 or more points.

Be aware that this code will also put regular DVDs at "club price" with *no* discount. On my account box sets and Blu-Rays are still discounted and serve as qualifiers as they should.

That's what I was expecting. I thought maybe I had missed it.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
This happens to me when CH calculated my S/H as $0 dollars. Later on when they calculated the correct s/h the error went away. Is this your situation?
