Thanks for listing that. It works fine on multiple uses.

was excited to see a new bogo code, but I can't place the order on any of my three accounts. I tried on Friday, yesterday and today.

20110506AST2D still works fine for me. I did find that when I tried to check out I had to login, which erased the code. I then went back to the "Checkout" button, added the code again, and after that it worked fine.

I trust that you are aware that the freebie has to be a DVD, not a BD, and that it can't be a pre-order. The list price of the qualifying BD should also be greater than the club price of the free DVD.

yeah. I wanted to preorder the mechanic blu, and get sniper reloaded dvd for free. I got all the way to place order and when I click on it it says unable to at this time, please try again later. As far as I know, I did everything by the book.

I'm planning to use this code to get a DVD with a $23.97 blu-ray I'm ordering.
No DVDs I really want, though -- so any suggestions for DVD titles that can be turned around and sold/swapped?

They had a few Criterion dvd's. Even if you don't like them they shouldn't be hard to unload if you went that route.

This code doesn't expire until May 31. This is the reward code for making a purchase in April.

$13 DVDs and Free Shipping using code 20110513FTST1D. The free shipping works with Blu-ray discs.

Tempting. How much is shipping for one blu-ray to fulfill your commitment?

Shipping is $2.99 for the first item and then $1.99 for each add'l. item in the same order. Multi-disc set (3 discs or more) is higher, and the free shipping code doesn't work for them.

Actually the Free Shipping Code doesn't work for any sets... even the ones that mysteriously have $2.99 shipping on them..

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

I got an e-mail this morning saying that there is free shipping on dvd and blu-ray today, but I don't see any offer code show up during checkout. Does anyone know what the code is?

Their email promos are the most useless, confusing and misleading (if not outright fraudulent) promos I get, and I get 4 copies of them - 2 from closed accounts and 2 from open accounts. Twice it says the promo is for both DVD & Blu-ray, once in the pic and then line 1 of the details notes. But then line 3 says that blu-ray is not included. Line 2 says "The $11.99 DVDs offer applies to DVDs that are $11.99 - $24.95." Well, I've tried both DVD & Blu-ray from $11.99-$24.95, and nothing changes to only $11.95 in the cart, and nothing gets free shipping. There must be some code that needs to be applied, but of course they don't include the code in the email.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

^It's normally a "click through" to get the code. You sign in an account (at least that seems to work best for me) and then click the "shop now" link or the image in the email.

The link in these resolve with this:

YTID=20110522DVDWeekLongSaleT7&YCODE=0 (DVD club)
YTID=20110522TVDWeekLongSaleT8&YCODE=0 (TVonDVD club)

but doesn't put the code in the cart like normal. Nor does it seem to apply today on either type of account.

I've misplaced the formula for extracting the "code" from the line so someone who has this info could possibly help.

20110522WLST7D will bring up the offer and it states that it has been applied. However, the shipping charge is still there.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles - The Complete First Season on DVD is showing up on a 3 for $22 page, but that offer isn't working even for other selections.

http://www.columbiahouse.com/content...22-special.jsp

Playing with it to try to get it working/stacking w/ FS.

Edit: I know FS on the set is beyond a long shot, but if everything else is FS, it might be worth it.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

I can't get FS to stack with B1G1. There's no big rush to fulfill since no more BR's for enrollment, but I did want to get it out of the way.

BTW, Iron Man 2 is counted as a SET and has 5.99 ph.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

If you like them on facebook you get a B1G1.

This is the url if someone wants to extract the code.

Code:
http://www.columbiahouse.com/pages/home/homepage.jsp?YCODE=20110506AST2D&YTID=20110523DVDFacebookInviteT3
EDIT: I think I figured it out.. The code is 20110506AST2D

One would have to be the offer on the account when you log in and then you would use a code for the other. BUT recently entering a code has almost always negated any offer already on the account. You just have to wait and try it when/if the combination comes up.
