What promo code did you use to get $10 off $36?

I used:
20100505CDMT1D

Hmmm. Seems like it's adding up higher on mine for some reason. It's a fulfilled TV on DVD account if that matters. It's not adding up higher on every item either, so I don't know what is the trigger. (trek is 192 pre-discount for me and takes $50 off)

Mine is also a fulfilled TV account--actually I seem to get the same discounts as you--but it's not giving me those extra discounts when I add breaking bad seasons 1 and 2 blu --maybe it's some weird behavior with the 60% off tv sets.

Once I saw you got $10.00 off on the Twin Peaks you were showing at $35.98, I got curious. I went to my account, added the Twin peaks as if I was buying it and entered the code. I got $10.00 off promo discount too. However the Twin Peaks collection showed up as $53.97.

I'm not trying to discourage anyone from pulling the trigger on this one, because this is a good price currently on this set. However, if you're in no hurry, it has been much cheaper before. Amazon had it for nearly half the above price--$75 (on Black Friday, I believe) in '08. Only know this because I purchased it then.

Using the code worked. Without the code, it only took off $25, but with the code, it took off $50.
Thanks!!

I've only ever had a DVD Club account. Does the TV Club always have sets at 60% off? Or, is this a special sale on all sets or on some selected sets? I always thought the pricing was the same at both the TV and DVD Clubs.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

In my fulfilled TV account, I was able to get Twin Peaks to show up with the $10 discount, but when I added Superman Complete Animated Series ($32.37 - not 60% off), it still only took off $10. Superman by itself gets a $5 discount. Also, Star Trek TNG gets a $50 discount, but adding Twin Peaks doesn't increase the discount at all.

I'm not actually trying to order these, was just playing with the seemingly glitchy discounts.

Spongebob Squarepants: The First 100 Episodes is $45.17. Best price I've seen on that one.

The deal says for orders up to $150--that' prob why the discount doesn't go any higher.

It's a special sale on some sets. Usually the prices for sets are the same in both clubs (40% off).

Offer on a TVonDVD account (may not work w/DVD account... I've not checked yet)

A PREVIEW OF OUR BIG SALE Bonanaza - $15 BOXED SETS | $5 DVDs | $15 BLU-RAY(TM)

20100513TVDWeekendSalePreviewT3

Standard shipping applies...

Very limited selection.

The couple of box sets I put in my cart came to $20.95 after shipping making what appears to be the new version of the $20 box set with shipping included sale.

Interesting, I got one for my regular account in e-mail too, 20100513DVDWeekendSalePreviewT2

There is a 2 at the end. It shows up as invalid when clicked in on the site though.

Same here -- works on both my accounts, but ... not a great BONANZA deal or anything close to it. The selection is weak. The Monday Madness free shipping on action titles with the 7.95 price tag was decent.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI

Interesting. 20100505CDMT1D (the $5 off for every $25) is now a 10% off code, stacks with the 7.95 deal on my DVD account.

Is this the first time a code has been recycled?
