There has been some discussion about being able to get 3D titles when doing an enrollment on the phone. A week ago I did an experiment with that and the phone CSR did not allow it: the 3D catalog numbers were flagged as ineligible. After I gave her all my catalog numbers she then went through all seven titles to verify that all were eligible for enrollment. Turned out one was not: Thor, kind of a surprise since The Avengers is an enrollment title. It wasn't a big deal since I had an ordered list of titles that I wanted and just went down it until I got seven eligible titles.
As always, YMMV.

Yes they do, but not for enrollment. You can order them as commitments.

By the way, I used my own enrollment code, given to me in an e-mail. If the one I posted upthread dies I do have a backup.

Not sure if the code on the first page works, but they recent changed one of the others(17674B) and is now 10042B.
As far as signing up, it is always a YMMV deal depending on which CSR you get. I have never tried to choose 3D titles as enrollments because with the exception of Chicken Little, I have all of them except for the recently released Little Mermaid and Cars.
I also rejoined within the last 2 months and was rejected on a couple of titles but was able to get one or two some were unable to receive, the Muppet Movie Nearly 35th Anny Ed. being one of them. There is no real consistency when it comes to placing phone orders with DMR. Always a crap shoot.

Is there a new promo code for a new enrollment of 7 titles? 17674B doesn't work for me, unless I entered it wrong.

Okay, but first I'll check the post right about this one.

Hmm, and how do I cancel? I don't see that in the post above my post.

Re: Disney Blu-ray Club!
Best way is to call them. Some people have had success doing it thru email, but that isn't listed as a way to do it on their site, and it may take a while before someone reads it and does it for you. If you call, they will cancel it on the spot, and then you can re-enroll right away (though you may have to use a different email address if the website still recognizes your old one). Unfortunately there isn't a way to just click "Cancel" on their site or anything.

I've canceled my last few through email and haven't had any issues. I just email [email protected] and put the subject as 'Cancel account' and the body as 'Please cancel account #XXXXXXX"

Not questioning your choice in using the refer a friend, but don't you have to buy more titles(5 I think?) compared to the one with the code listed in this thread(3 commitments)?
Btw, are you talking about the codes to each title to call in an order?

Re: Disney Blu-ray Club!
Just joined for the first time in years (thanks folks for the recent data on the DMC).
The current offer, expiring Feb 3, says buy one, get a second at 40% off w/free shipping. Interestingly, for me this is showing free shipping on the entire order, not just the discounted title.
If I'm reading it right, buying two titles--one at full price of 19.95 or higher for DVDs / 29.95 for BRs, the other one discounted--will result in one commitment fulfillment.
If that's right, an attractive way to get the two fulfillments I need would be to place two orders, each with a one regular title and one cheap discounted title (that wouldn't be a fulfillment anyway, and would make both ship free). Especially given DMC's high $3.99 for first shipped title.
Does that make sense? Or am I better off just waiting for their next one or three offers? TIA.

Buying 2 more at 40% off will still increase your average cost per title. It might be worth calling in an order and seeeing if you can order your two fulfillment titles at regular price, but still get free shipping for buying two.

Re: Disney Blu-ray Club!
Thanks OWJ.
I think this would generally be right, IF I had enough enrollment titles to want to cancel and rejoin anytime soon. However, if one wanted any very cheap disney titles, e.g. 8.97 after discount, it wouldn't raise the average cost (because the shipping savings would bring the cost down to $3-5 depending on how you compute it).
Interesting idea. Has anyone had sucess trying something like this?
