Yeah, that's the problem and why I tacked Cat III on to Video Nasties. The nasties list has practically every title covered thanks to companies like Severin. Cat III is the exact opposite with physical releases either OOP or just unavailable. I have Red Spell Spells Red as a suggestion, but the Error_4444 limited Blu for it and Centipede Horror is sold out, and both aren't getting standard releases until December. The Archive.org link (I think) is the censored cut.

We've already covered The Seventh Curse, Seeding of a Ghost and The Untold Story, which really just leaves a few choices, at least as far as Blu-ray goes:

Calamity of Snakes and Dr. Lamb from Unearthed Films.
Ebola Syndrome UHD from Vinegar Syndrome.
Made in Hong Kong: Volume One box set (The Demon's Baby and Erotic Nightmare / The Deadly Camp is not Cat III) from Vinegar Syndrome.
