I think there is a problem with the points on movie tickets. I have seen West Side Story twice and my account hasn't gotten any points from them. And yes, my account is linked with Fandango.

I think it shows as Movie Submission, which is the same if you buy a digital movie. I don't think I got Black Widow, but I think I got Shang-Chi & Eternals.

I've had the same problem with Regal in recent months. I have it linked and it only gave me points one out of three movie visits.

Well you'd get an email order confirmation. Every time with me it was $10 Disney gift cards.

Ended up nabbing Ant Man & the Wasp 4k, Mando Pop, and a Coco sticker sheet. I now have 15 points, so I'm out.

I'm curious, your account got hacked, but what did they do to it? Did they steal points? Or did they change your password and lock you out? I just don't know what value is there to hacking this account unless they found a way to order shit and have it sent somewhere other than you.

They used all my points on Disney gift cards. All three times. There's back and forth emails while they lock the account and refund points and of course resetting the password, which I made ridiculously complex/ hard. So either their site security is shit or I'm starting to think password strength in general is complete bullshit.

Or, your computer's infected, sending your new password directly to the hackers. Have you had security issues with any other accounts?

Keep in mind, I've read they may audit the points requesting proof of every purchase, etc.

The posts above were from January 2021. I just now opened up the BD case and the case holds a single disc. In this case it's a DVD. Of the sequel.

Anyone else recall an issue with their copy or have a problem like this with a reward? I'll reach out to DMR, hoping they make things right.
