Anyone have a clue why DMI doesn't count Cinemark XD as a premium movie ticket worth 150 points?

I asked if it was eligible, but customer service told me only IMAX, Dolby Cinema at AMC and various Regal formats (RPX, 4DX, ScreenX) were considered premium tickets. Seems unfair to exclude Cinemark customers who paid the upcharge for a larger screen.
