I’m hoping that trailer isn’t a bait and switch. I’m excited for this!
I still don’t get why the little marshmallow men are a thing outside of “Hey, you remember this!” *wink, wink* from the filmmakers. I still worry that the whole movie will be filled with that kind of stuff.
Either way, I’m hopeful for this movie!

Nah. It’ll stream soon enough after release. I can wait, but will be jealous cause this will be huge. I’m talking Ant-Man huge. Streaming just fine. I got No Time To Die rented for weekend so that wasn’t a huge timeframe. It’ll be alright. And Never say never…

too many kids in this which is a bad sign. I think this will not be great, not be better than the other GB reboot, and many will act like it's the greatest thing on earth just because.

I'm not sure about them bringing in kids to appeal to kids. We didn't need the cast to be made up of kids to appeal to us when the first movie came out.

I would, generally, agree with this statement, but it really depends on how they're handled.
I really get the sense that they want this to be like Stranger Things (even going so far as to cast one of the kids from that in it), and I'm a bit more concerned about that aspect of it.
We shall see.

The thing about the first movie was it was clever and funny, without being condescending. It appealed to almost everyone because it was a good movie.
