Alejandro is an aspiring toy designer from El Salvador, struggling to bring his unusual ideas to life in New York City. As time on his work visa runs out, a job assisting an erratic art-world outcast becomes his only hope to stay in the country and realize his dream. This got delayed due to the strikes.
It opened limited a few weeks ago and is now expanding to more theatres.

Saw this last weekend, and enjoyed it a lot. Torres is very good. Swinton is excellent!

I thought it was good, a independent, artsy, movie with a lighthearted feel to it, I think the narration was a good idea to follow the background on the characters. much like the movie Amelie.

Missed a chance to see this at the local theater down the street. It was only screening for a few days.
