Re: The A-Team (Carnahan, 2010) — The Reviews Thread

It didn't do well here in the UK as they released it the same month the football World Cup.
There's nothing like a film aimed MEN released at the same time as MEN are watching a MENS game.

A lot of Supertroopers but the one I still loose it at is in Play it Again Sam when he has that drink at the bar.
Thank god I've only seen that film at home on TV or I would've got some weird looks...

Re: Captain America: Civil War (The Russo Bros, 2016) — The Spoiler Filled Reviews Th

There was that picture from the comic book that showed them all facing off. It was really colourful and the movie version is kinda drab and grey. The only real colour coming from the a few explosions...

Re: Captain America: Civil War (The Russo Bros, 2016) — The Spoiler Filled Reviews Th

Loved this. Winter Soldier is still my favourite but this is a second for me.
Great intro to Spider-Man (not a character I like but was excellent in this) the humour is great. Rudd steals it for me...

Re: The Official Arrow Blu-ray Thread

Here in the UK HMV are doing a 5 for £30 bluray sale. There are about 20 or so Arrow titles in that list (aswell as other more mainstream titles).
Gonna have a look in store next week.

Re: Deadpool (Tim Miller, 2016) — The Reviews Thread — SPOILERS

Best title sequence of the past few years?!

So many good jokes. Blade 2 and not Blade trinity, studio being cheap with their X-Men cameos

Re: Lucifer (FOX) -- S: Tom Ellis -- Season 1 Thread -- Premieres 1/25/16

Not bad, I hope they can take this abit darker on some episodes but it looks like you can dip in and out and not miss too much.
That crash didn't make much sense. I get that it was pushed by the bus...

Re: Going Clear: Scientology and the Prison of Belief (HBO documentary)

The footage of those huge meetings was quite something. I kept laughing to myself when...

Re: Deadpool - X-Men spinoff (2016, D: Tim Miller) S: Ryan Reynolds

Find it funny that some people don't quite understand the Deadpool going to hospitals stuff.
Look at the 80s and all the stuff they had Freddy do with the kids!

Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Abrams, 2015) — The Reviews Thread

Re: Star Wars: The Force Awakens (Abrams, 2015) — The Reviews Thread

How many people thought Rays staff was a lightsaber, or it was made up from saber parts?
