Terminator: The Sarah Connor Chronicles--"The Demon Hand"--2/25/08

I think Cameron was the terminator downstairs in the building where Reese and the others were held hostage. After he was taken downstairs they cleared out so I think he gave them the location of their hideout. Remember his comment about Sarah and not knowing what you will do when confined by 4 walls. I would bet that is how they know each other and not just from later when they were in the factory hideout before he was sent back.

He knows that John is John. He just doesn’t know that his brother is John’s dad.
Also, I believe T2 is supposed to be set in 1997, not 1995. Though I agree if John is 10 it’s supposed to be 1995. The Terminator universe is so screwed up when it comes to dates and years.
I found it shocking that she let the ballet teacher just mercilessly die, yet on the other hand learns ballet which is the music of the soul, or whatever.

As for the ballet I just knew it was going to show up eventually. Can't believe it's all over as of next week.

Isn't anyone else bothered by the intro voice over where Sarah says "Skynet is programed to destroy the world" or something like that. Wasn't Sky programed to be a defense computer that became "self aware" then decided to kill all the humans. The voice over makes it seem like it was programed from the start to kill everyone.

I'm going to guess that it will try to be as independent of the movies/shows as possible.

T:SCC ignores the events of T3.
thus
T2 forks into T3 and T:SCC
And the movie, from what i have read, will follow the movie storyline (and will likely ignore the tv storyline. It will be about what happens after judgment day (as i believe that the missiles were launched and Connor appeared to take control at the end of T3).
Plus, i think that joblo mentioned that if T4 does moderately well it is expected to trigger T5 and T6.
Lastly, if you have not read the T2 universe books by S.M. Stirling.

Probably a birthmark.

Even without the birthmark or whatever it is...she's still kinda funny lookin'. But like I said, she's growing on me.

I just have to mention this. Maybe I missed something when watching this last episode, but does anyone find it weird that Silberman doesn't even ask the FBI agent for his credentials or an ID badge before assuming that he's from the future and just posing as an FBI agent? This kinda bothered me.

Then, when John, Sarah, and Arnold are in the car after stopping for a bite to eat, we have this explanation:
"In three years, Cyberdyne will become the largest supplier of military computer systems. All stealth bombers are upgraded with Cyberdyne computers, becoming fully unmanned. Afterwards, they fly with a perfect operational record. The Skynet funding bill is passed. The system goes on-line on August 4th, 1997. Human decisions are removed from strategic defense. Skynet begins to learn, at a geometric rate. It becomes self-aware at 2:14 am, eastern time, August 29th. In a panic, they try to pull the plug."
To me, that indicates the events took place in 1995. Now, Arnold's 'three years' might be just him rounding up to 3, as a 'real' three would put have him talking about 1998, which is AFTER Judgment Day.
T3 might have been the one that F'ed it up, since it stated that John was 13 at the time of Terminator 2. Who knows?

Man, you people sure are into the nitty gritty. I've never once in the movies looked at the dates because they are entertaining without me looking for flaws.
For those complaining about Summer Glau, look at Patman's pictures, what is wrong with her? She is expected to have a scary/mechanical 'look' in the movie but when she smiles, it shows her beautiful she really is.

"How did Optimus know what happened to Megatron after he crashed?!"
"HOW DID KHAN RECOGNIZE CHEKOV?!"

The producer of SCC, Josh Friedman, posted a new blog entry on the 25th, and at the end of it, he writes:
"Dr. Silberman. Fire. Ballet. And if you look CLOSELY you’ll see something (or someone) that gives insight into Sarah’s apocalyptic dream in Episode One."
Link
Anyone have an idea as to what he's talking about?

But anyway, I still can't get over their "no loose ends" policy yet they left one fully functional Terminator safely locked up.

Josh Friedman, executive producer of the show, said that he didn't worry too much about living up to the deep-rooted fandom and complex mythology of the series.
"I don't give it a second thought.... I think Terminator fans are just happy to have more to watch."

Guess that explains the ongoing sagging ratings
