Interview with Elizabeth Mitchell about Lost. Kinda spoilery since she mentions what is going on with Juliet. Read at your own risk, I'm sure 99.99% of you won't.

Well, we did see young Ben talking to his dead mother. We don't know who/what that was.

Having not read Elizabeth Mitchell's comments, I would guess that Juilet had some sort of "moment" when the bomb went off. What might have been a second for everyone else was likely a considerable amount of time for her - which would explain the coffee comment to Sawyer.

The only thing about Rose and Bernard being Adam and Eve goes back to them being on the island before the plane crash of 2004 ever happened. Even though our Losties had gone back to the 70s their plane crash had already happened. I think that they're heading down the path of using Bernard and Rose as Adam and Eve but in the context of the overall story it doesn't make sense even with the time travel.

As much as I like the theory of Rose and Bernard being Adam and Eve it doesn't match up unless Jacob decides they fit some master plan.

There are two timelines in play right now. The original and the new one caused by the incident. In the original timeline Rose and Bernard can still be in 77, with Widmore's Others and Dharma cementing over the incident. In the other timeline the entire flight 815 did not crash. We've been watching the first timeline for five seasons now. Whatever Happened, Happened in that timeline.

Some of us don't read the interviews and like to speculate before the SHOW tells us what is going on.

Right before fake Locke turned into the smoke monster, something dropped on the floor. Did anyone catch what that was? I tried pausing that scene and still couldn't make it out.

It's safe to read that interview. It's a whole lot of nothing really.

Yeah, aside from answering whether or not we'll see her again, it's basically her making up theories of her own, as she has no clue what's going on.
If I remember correctly, the only cast member who knows how every part will be played out is Matthew Fox.

Thanks - a bullet makes a lot of sense.
I was thinking it was some clue to how the Man In Black transformed into Locke - maybe something that belonged to Locke that he had in his possession.

Yeah and they showed it close up I think, a flattened bullet..apparently Flocke is made out of steel like Superman.

It should be interesting to finally see how the monster really works. Perhaps it can only kill people after judging them and/or being provoked. This could explain Richard screaming for his group not to shoot at him.

If this has been addressed, I apologize, but this thread is on page 20.
Did anyone have an explanation for the ep title LA X instead of LAX?

C'mon its obvious this is a spiritual struggle between good and evil where man is at the center being tested. Every one seemed to have wanted this to be somekind of science experiment. Its has been said in this forum before that Alpert is the servant of God or (A) God and thats why he doesn't age. So the chains comment just means now that Jacob is dead (physically) he is free from his obligation to Jacob. Jacob was there at some point in the important players lives knowing it would always come to this. Everything is predetermined Jacob chose flight 815 because he knew what choices they would make given free will. I mean I can be way off here but thats the only logical thing it could be.

I liked how when Jack was trying to save Charlie he was looking for a pen in his coat pocket but couldn't find it. Later, in the airport bathroom, Kate is seen taking a pen from her pocket to use on the handcuffs but the spring pops out, causing an early exit and a head wound similar to S1. Kate pick-pocketed the pen from Jack when they ran into each other at the bathroom on the plane.

Nice catch. I was wondering why there was such an extended moment about the pen - (he tries to reach in, asks for a pen, asks for a pen, asks for a pen, then reaches in again anyways)... I love how even something small like that is still playing out.

The typo thing on Kimmel was obviously a joke. It was intentional.
