I haven't read the books either but I hear a lot about them and specific plots that were contained in them just by reading up and learning about the show.

Playing catch up and just watched this episode and thoroughly enjoyed it (as always)

I do have one question...

when Bill et al were dining on that feast, a female entered the room dressed in riding gear and Bill jumped up and threw something on here that caused her to go up in flames.

Who was that? Or was it just a reaction to what she may have said? I thought I recognized her from previous episodes, but maybe not.
