Recently watched Part 3 again (last time I saw it was probably in the theater), not as terrible as I remember it, definitely cringe-worthy moments. Also recently saw the Next Karate Kid for the first time, my god was that horrible.

I must be really out of it. I thought this show was an hour-long drama series and I also thought it was all about Johnny, or whatever the Cobra Kai guy is.

I thought Ralph Macchio basically had a tiny role in this. I’m gonna have to start watching, considering how well received it is by you all.

I will not be going back and watching Karate Kid 3, however. I honestly don’t remember much other than it was bad.

I didn’t really like part 2 all that much either.

It's definitely a sequel series in this case, but agreed - it's the only one that's actually embraced what made the originals silly and fun instead of being completely cynical about it.

Happy it’s renewed. Just watched Season 3 and thought the first half was too dark and violent. But enjoyed the second half of the season.

I especially loved the big cameo in the final two episodes.

Wow that's pretty cool. They must have cranked out the season pretty fast. I would love it if Netflix releases the 5th season next summer. That would be a perfect time.
