Am I the only one that hates the new front end? I cannot figure out how to do much of anything. Was watching the ESPN app and then wanted to quit. Hit the xbox button which took me back to the home but app kept playing in the smaller window. Had to go online to look up how to close the damn thing.

Had to look up online how to delete an app also.

It just isn't very intuitive, especially if you are coming from 360.

Man, with all this complaining about the XBone (and to a lesser degree the PS4), I'm glad I chose to wait it out until the dust settles and they work out the kinks.

Another friend bought a 12 month code from Amazon and they sent him a code for 20$ in the marketplace.

I bought my console from them. I bought a code... nothing.
No discount code...

Sheesh.

There was an update for COD:Ghosts yesterday, it was small, less than 1 GB. And it made me feel like I was in a PS3 (It was really slow)

that can't be right in this situation. the margins on video game hardware are minuscule. maybe they struck a deal with microsoft to sell at this price or something, but there's no way they paid less than $450 per console.

also, i don't think the 11% is right, either. wiki says they won't price anything above 15%, which means it could be anywhere from 0 - 15%. this article talks about that: http://online.barrons.com/article/SB...bs_article%3D1

I know different manufacturers that have sold to costco, and it is 11% across the board for them, though I'm sure there are some exceptions, they are not the norm.
