Even as a mild fan of CoD I have to admit this is fantastic. Everything about it is just top notch. The campaign is great and the MP is a blast.

Just got off the phone with Sony. They said that I would have to wait until the PSN store updates today in order to download on the PS4. I have lost two days.

Hilarious--that's my standard too.

Still, this game is incredibly fun and the campaign is really hard to put down.

I'm getting better. Raised my KDR from .97 to 1.17 in about 10 matches or so today. I think I've gone positive in about 15 straight now.

I really don't want to go to work.

After getting near my second prestige, my only problem with the multiplayer other than the continuous shitty respawns are the exo abilities. As someone who plays mostly hardcore modes, they're all worthless and offer zero benefit to the player other than using a spot on the Pick 13.

Well, I take that back. The Exo Trophy System is great for HC Domination and HC Search and Destroy (as is the Exo Mute Device). Other than that, I have classes that have dropped it.

Prestige twice already. Sounds like a waste of money at this point. Why not just rent it rather than drop 60+ on it

So he can come on here and brag, not realizing most of us (if not all) don't really care.

Bought the 360 digital version today. The One version became available this afternoon. I started downloading both of them almost at the same time. Testing my 20 Mbps connection. 360 version downloaded in less than two hours (~6 GB?)

I haven't checked the Xbox One version yet.

Update: Xbox One at 8%. LOL!

Not sure why people would be down on someone who's enjoying a game that much to play it that much on release

Plus, having the time to play video games non stop whenever you have the chance to sounds like a pretty awesome life to me

Didn't you get the memo? Fun is more fun if it's stretched out over time rather than compacted. There's probably a mathematical formula for it.

How do you define done? I heard that there are actually 15 prestige levels if that is what someone is shooting for. Aside from that there is a nice story mode and different difficulties. Plus, it is fun to play games that are enjoyable with friends and family that are located all over the map.

For the hardcore Call of Duty player, prestiging twice isn't close to being "pretty much done." Plus, maybe he still has the single player to play and was just concentrating on multiplayer the first 2 days.

And your comment about having a life sounds negative to me.

The "I enjoy having a life" is a dig. Do you see that or no?

Apparently not through a false sense of smugness.

This coming from the guy who had to beg his wife to keep his Xbox 360. You're just jealous that's he's living the dream.

Played about 5 MP Kill Confirmed last night and love the game so far. The controls feel tight, the guns feel appropriate --- it's hard to explain. The SP was fantastic as well... this will be the 4th CoD game where I actually finish the SP campaign.

For those of you that bought the Atlas version of the game, does it come with all the dl content or do you still have to buy that separately later on?

So I played COD for most of the day, back and forth campaign/PVP, and then decided to play a little Destiny before bed. Holy crap, it feels weird. The graphics are obviously more refined in Destiny but the movement feels like it lags. It was pretty surreal. Also, I'm not saying that Destiny sucks now. It's just an observation.

Played a few MP matches yesterday. Impressed with the speed of everything and the new suits and weapons are a breath of fresh air. Still disappointed to see bombed out maps. They all just look the same to me.
