I received that same order delay email too. But worse, I didn’t receive an order confirmation email from WB on Sat 3/13 when I placed the order. I keep getting all their promo emails. Wasn’t in any of the spam or junk folders as well. Since I checked out as a guest, can’t access order info. Should have saved the confirmation page, oh well. It will be here though, have about 3000 bd viewing backlog, so it can wait

Many believe WB is switching over to Gruv, the storefront owned by Universal. Universal and WB cut some sort of distribution agreement for physical media last year.

GRUV is a messed up website. For example, let's say there are two items you'd like to get for $10 each. There is also a 2/$25 storewide sale going on. The aforementioned two items will cost you $25.

Addison or Aurora IL -- Rockpoint Logistics seem to be the usual suspects. UPSMI for small packages, UPS Ground for large packages seems to be the pattern

With no updates yet on my recent order, tried calling them at 866-373-4389. Keep receiving a 'sorry, you've reached a number that can't be reached from your calling area' :-). Wrote them at [email protected] and received an automated response. Really glad this company is changing house (hopefully for the better).

Why So Blu?

Finally got my shipping confirmation. Says it should be here on Thursday. It's also being shipped completely and not being split into several orders. I bought quite a few.
