The two Simpsons sets are gifts. The rest are for me, the wife, and the 7 yr old. I was also going to get the Pacifier & Kingdom of Heaven, but found those cheaper on Half.com. A lot of mine this time are Sony sets since CH doesn't seem to be carrying them anymore.

These are all from Alpha video, a PD company. I've had less than stellar results with their discs, with a couple being unwatchable. But for ~$4 it might be worth the risk.

I've had better luck with VCI. I have the Red Ryder disc, and it's a fun serial that looks very good. I have a couple of the others but haven't given them a spin yet.

The 24: TV Starter Set, which costs less than $6 at DDD with the 20% coupon, comes with a $10.00 coupon off the purchase of any 24 Season set. If you were planning to pick up Season 4 when it is released in December, or any other 24 Season set, I'd recommend grabbing the Starter Set right now. You get the Starter Set effectively for free and $4 off a set you were going to buy anyway.

If it's the same as the booklet that came with the disc of the first two eps of The Pretender, it's a mail-in.

The booklet says that Seasons 1-3 are "available" (at time of printing) for "24", Seasons 1-7 of Buffy, Season 1 of The Pretender, and Season 1 of MTM, but it doesn't say anywhere that you can't apply it to another season ("24" Season 4 or The Pretender Season 2, for instance). On the other hand, it doesn't say you can, either.

Just under $20 after the 20% off. Three miniseries worth of westerns (somewhere at 14 or 15 hours long in total). And read the reviews, Lonesome Dove at least is a highly acclaimed miniseries.

You might also want to check out your local Wal-Mart, the last time I looked they had DVDs of Bonanza episodes for $1 each (each DVD having two episodes).
