I entered in my email addy but it said that if I didn't get an invitation, then I'm not eligible for the offer. I don't think its because I'm in Germany because my account is registered in the US.

So I guess I can't get in on this, even though I've been a verified business member for years. Paypal has gone to crap ever since ebay took them over.

I was going to place an order with Overstock.com. Their Paypal option was missing; I looked it up in the help section, which says it's "temporarily unavailable" - anyone know how long it's been that way?

The guy told me that I will not see the rebate until the end of March.
I asked, well, how will I know if I was eligible for the rebate, to which the guy said, if you bought something from a qualifying site within the timeframe allotted, then you will get the rebate.
So...I guess we have to wait until the end of March for our $20.

I've had a Payal account for years and received the email for the offer. I haven't used it much over the last several years and thought maybe that is why I received the invitation.

The offer was listed on their site, so I don't see why they are saying you have to have an email invitation. I signed up for it (fairly soon after this thread was posted... thanks OP!) through the link on their website and it accepted my address...
