I ordered this yesterday and it is now $11 cheaper. I can't cancel my order and it hasn't shipped yet. Can I have call them and have them change the price or am I going to have to get the copy, ship it back, and then order again?

You'll most likely have to ship it back because B&N will not usually do price adjustments. Also if you cannot cancel the order online it probably means it is in process of getting shipped. I doubt customer service will be able to cancel if you call but you could try. I would suggest ordering another copy at the lower price before it goes up again, and when the first order arrives refuse delivery to send it back. When B&N gets it back they will issue a refund. You could also return it to a B&N store but I believe they will issue store credit instead of a refund.

I really wish B&N would discount their HD-DVD's... Most of them are at retail. Even 10% off would be nice... I was hoping for a Blade Runner HD-DVD deal, or Battlestar Galactica S1, but no dice... Does anyone's local B&M carry HD-DVD's? Mine does not.

Also hoping Familly Guy Blue Harvest SE drops more than 10%. It probably will once it gets closer to its release...

Thanks Lasermovies! I've used the 10% off coupon for The Blade Runner 5 Disc LE. Fair enough deal for me though I wish to have the 25% off coupon, I just can't wait further as stocks may run out (e.g. jason Bourne Collection).

Ken, one thing about BN that is easy to pick out. They do not discount to sell that product, they use them to generate traffic and sell other items. Apparantly HD hasnt picked up enough to draw traffic in their eyes.

Unless there is one nobody has found it doesn't look like there is a online non member coupon available for 25% off at the moment. There is a printable non member 25% coupon you could try to use for a ship to home order. The fine print does mention it is not valid on ship to home orders but you may be able to get away with using it.

On your second question the answer is no. I tried to use my membership number on another online account I had and it would not work. But if someone let you use their member card in store that might work. I would suggest having the person with the membership place the order for you and have it shipped to your address instead if they are willing to let you use their membership. Then they could also use one of the 25% member online coupon codes curently available. However you would have to make arrangements to pay them for placing an order.

I tried out the 25%-off coupons that expire today 12/24 as well as those in the newer batch which just got posted: they all result in 25%-off the on-line prices rather than in addition to the member's prices as the "25% Extra" seems to implied and the way previous batches of coupons worked..

Sorry I have not run across any store coupon links for the 25% coupons. Since they do not expire for several weeks B&N may not have intended to officially release the coupons this soon and put up the printable store coupons on the web site yet. However the other day the online codes were already active. I'll periodically keep checking and if I run across them will post the links. For now the only printable coupons available are for 10% to 15%.

Received my 20% back today from PayPal for that B&N promotion they had in November (though it said it would appear in your account in January). Wish they hadn't pulled the promotion so fast so that I could have gotten more orders in.
