I placed my 3rd order on Saturday, and it shipped today. I expect to have it by next Tuesday at the lastest judging by how fast they've been for me during this sale.

Received two items today, from different orders. Never received a shipping confirmation for either one, and both are still listed as "Open" on the DD website. Nice surprise! But it would also be nice if their notification process was working properly.

I was surprised. They estimated my packing arrival to be this Saturday. I ordered it on Friday or so and just got it today. Hellboy 2!

Has anyone heard of a possibility of an extension of this sale, say, to Dec 2nd or later, so I can pick up the Casablanca and Shawshank Redemption Blu-Rays?

I also ordered it on the first day of the sale, and now I see that it's not even listed on the site anymore. I live in fear that my backorder will be cancelled, and I'll have to pay $50 for it on Amazon.

A couple of questions:

1- I was trying to order Wall-E 3 disc blu-ray and the discount wasn't applying, even thought it is supposed to be released today. How can I fix that?

2- If I order something today and the price decreases tomorrow for the same item, does DD refund the difference?

1- It's not midnight yet in Illinois where DD is located.

2- I have heard that DD does not refund the difference.

Thanks. I'm so pissed with all this price change from one minute to the next. I'm planning on buying the Oskar 1080/504 multimedia cabinet and it was priced at $125.37. When I put it on the cart, the price change to $133.52. I don't get why DD keeps changing the price of their items constantly during the sale. The same thing can be said of DVDPlanet. These sales used to be so simple. The prices didn't go up and down constantly. They stayed the same during the entire sale.

And they may not update any new releases to be used with the code right away hard to say but at some point they should obviously.

Dammit I'm waiting too for Wall E to stop being a preorder. If I go to bed & go to order it in the morning & it is backordered I will not be a happy camper. But if they lower the price I'll be happy (long as it is still in stock).

I was hoping they would extend it to 11/25. I have about 4 or 5 Blu-ray titles I would like to pick up. Dec 2nd would be nice also since I have another 4 or 5 Blu-ray titles I would like to get. But I doubt that is going to happen.

Funny, all my free shipping orders arrived 4-5 days before my expedited delivery (I'm in CA). But I'm happy, I have all my stuff.

Tropic Thunder BR is now showing in stock. Wall-e BR (slightly more expensive one ... 3 disc?) is already showing backorder. Wall-e BR 2-disc still showing pre-order at this time.

Well my Watchlist says the 3-Disc DVD version of Wall-E is still Pre-Order but when you put it your cart it says it is backordered. I will get it eventually and that is good enough for me.

My second and last order is only Wall-E. I just ordered the 3 Disc version for $20.98 out the door. Funny thing is that it's already listed as out of stock even though it's only been available for hours. It also was 14 cents before or 11 cents after discount higher now than a few days ago.

Damn. It's early in the morning and Wall-E is out of stock! I don't really care because I ordered Hellboy 2 when it was out of stock and it seemed like it came back in stock a day later...but I guess this is different.

I did one order with DVD Planet last week and one order from Deep Discount this week will finish my participation in this season's sale:

1 BBC039760 DVD : PRIMEVAL-COMPLETE SERIES 1 $ 26.17 In-stock
1 BBC041865 DVD : DOCTOR WHO-INFINITE QUEST $ 4.61 In-stock
1 BBC042022 DVD : DOCTOR WHO-4TH SERIES $ 48.67 In-stock

Merchandise Total = $79.45

It's always nice to see them all listed as In-stock when you're ready to order them. I'd thought about Sarah Jane Adventures, but with Christmas gifts left to purchase, that show was of lesser priority, so I may pick it up during next summer's sale.
