Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II
More than one person, chances are it's a new problem, and not the old one of cookies being deleted.
If you're not using any cookie-cleaning security program on your computer, then deleted cookies is probably not the problem.
If CH had changed its cookie data structure/info, and you had old cookies, they could interfere, but if you deleted those cookies, and then visited the site, the new ones should be OK.
So, I rescind my previous statement. Sorry I can't help further. I tried (for a third time) to sign up for the 2@$2.99 price just a couple days ago and the site took my order just fine. Of course, I'm expecting another lost app, but at least the site functioned normally for me.

When I sent in my first app for this 2dvd deal, it went missing. So I tried a second time, and that one went though ok. I havn't even received the 2 dvds yet, but did get a welcome email, so I went ahead and cancelled, and then today I applied again.

I just tried with 2BX and all appears OK, at least for me, for now. Titles add, delete as expected. I didn't go all the way through the application process.

I don't know of any 7:2 phone enrollment codes that are currently active. Tried AS6 twice in the last 3 weeks but the code wasn't recognized. Looks like we're stuck with online enrollments only, unless someone can post a good working phone enroll code.

I was trying to sign up for a regular (7:2) membership earlier, and could not get the titles to stick in my cart no matter what I did.
So then after posting, I tried the 2@$2.99 deal and the 2 titles stuck just fine .

I was able to REapply for a 2@$2.99 account a couple of times with no problems.
Then, yesterday I was trying again, and the same problem with the cart. Tried the 2@$2.99 deal, and now that one was screwing up too.
After that, I installed Firefox on my PC. I've never used anything but IE for YEARS since I've not had any problem with it. With Firefox, I had no problems signing up for a new account. The titles stuck in the cart like glue. I was so paranoid that it was going to start happening again, I think I had the titles added and went through checkout in about two minutes time.

^ FF=good... IE=bad...
Now go get the IE Tab, NoScript, and Adblock Plus add ons. After a bit of "training" you'll have a very secure browser that you can also use for Windows updates.

For what it's worth, I just got the "Welcome to the Club" e-mail using HDL a couple days ago. That's my favorite TV Club code so I'm glad it's still working.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II
Yes, I can verify that 2KC, an 8:2 enrollment offer, works on the phone. None of the 7:2 codes I had used successfully in the past currently work for phone enrollments.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II
^Yes, it's a 9/2 code.
"Choose 8 DVDs for $0.49 each, plus shipping and processing. All you need to do is buy 3 DVDs over the next 2 years at our regular Club prices (currently as low as $19.95 each, plus shipping and processing, and you may cancel at any time after doing so by contacting Customer Service. As a Bonus, you can take the 9th movie now for $9.95 plus shipping and processing and have only 2 more movies to buy (instead of 3) in the next 2 years."
So... 9 @ $31.78, *then*
2 @ $19.95/each + 2 more "free" (assuming B1G1 w/free shipping offer to fulfill)
Total = $71.68 for 13 selections with an average cost of $5.51/each.
Hmmm... the standard 7/2 is still a better deal *online*... *but* if you're in need of a phone enrollment 2KC currently seems the best way to join.

Re: CH Enrollment Codes Part II
I used 27B on the 4th for my 2nd account. I got a temp charge to my bank account, then it was removed due to expiration today. I think that means they either denied it or forgot about it. Not sure if 27B is working.
The last time I re-tried an account, they sent me 2 of the same order with the same items, and I had to fulfill both accounts. Not sure what to do with this one.
Decisions, decisions.

Give it a few days or a week to make sure, but re-order.
I've tried 3 times with 27B and haven't gotten approved yet, just the temp charge and drop off.
Waiting on a 7:2 phone ap code myself.

Gotta say, after 3 or 4 lost apps in a row I'm starting to think CH doesn't want my money any more. I haven't been able to bring myself to go the phone route yet, but it looks like there's no working codes anyway. Maybe it's the end of the line for me and CH. After 6 or 7 more months and another dozen lost apps, I may give up.

Don't give up. I've been able to enroll successfully many times over the past few months using the 2KC code, an 8:3/9:2 enrollment offer, on the phone. None of the 7:2 codes I had used successfully in the past currently work for phone enrollments. It costs a bit more, but you get more DVDs (you can always sell the extra ones you don't want to recoup your costs).

I've had pretty good luck with 27B. I'll be giving that a try in the next couple weeks to get some Holiday gifts ordered. Hopefully my luck will continue.
