Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
Yeah, I saw that.
It's tempting to order Wolverine vs the Xmen for 23$ shipped to close out my account. That 801490 code has given me hope to maybe hold out for a better deal now though.

Let us see if we can figure this out. Is this account an old account? If so, you might have used the 801490 code long ago. What 3 titles were you trying to order? Sometimes CH is finicky with certain title combinations.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
I just got 2 pre-ordered DVDs that don't come out until the middle of December with my fun cash. At checkout it didn't charge me for S/H for the 2 DVDs which I expected. The total came out to 0 dollars and it accepted the order. I don't know if this is a temporary bug in their system, but I'll take it.

I just placed 2 separate b1g2 orders on a new account using the 801490 code with free shipping.
Based on previous posts it isn't supposed to work, but I just got:
Scott Pilgrim blu-ray
Robin Hood 2-disc
Hangover Extreme edition ~$25 with tax
Inception blu-ray
African Queen dvd x2 $~23 with tax

Is there still a code that stacks with 801490 for free shipping? I get free shipping by default, but when I add 801490 I'm charged for shipping... Perhaps I missed the boat on getting those deals to stack...

My free shipping deals are all $35 right now, so maybe that's what's happening? (your 1 item has to be greater than $35 by itself)

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
I can't get the free shipping to apply once I enter 801490. I've tried individual movies that exceed $35 (Apocalypse Now - Blu-Ray) and sets (Office Season Six - Blu-Ray). I've paired them with a standard def DVD. I get free shipping until I enter the 801490 code. That's when the DVD become free and I get charged for the shipping.
Any other ideas?

I just got an e-mail to "spin the Wheel of Deals". My deal turns out to be Double Points and free shipping and processing with code 20101117DVDWODPT1D2. Just passing it on to see if it can help someone. It would be nice if people got other codes to pass them along here. Let me know if anyone else could get this code to work. I am curious.

Got the same deal on two of my accounts. I'm guessing that's the only deal we're going to see out of this. It would be nice if the "Buy 1, Get 75% Off" would work.

Nope it is a brand new account, unfulfilled.
Couple of questions.
1 - My account is a TV account -- any issues there?
2 - Does this work on BRs (looking at other peoples comments it does unless I am reading it wrong)

ahhh then that must be what it is. Did read that.
I'll give it shot
Thanks
Greg
EDIT - That's what it was all is well. Now if only Free Shipping would work with this then life would be good.

Re: Columbia House Sale Offer Codes, Part VI
^If you have "free shipping for $25+ orders" as a default offer it will stack. Drawback is you need $35+ in your cart. I used it that way on a TVonDVD account by picking up a $39.95 set to fulfill and got a couple of regular DVDs free w/free shipping. Of course, I had to pay shipping on the set but it was still a good fulfillment/deal with a very good overall average. I calculated using $4.70 per DVD which still made the sets have a lower imputed price than anywhere else. Of course I still cycle accounts frequently to get better overall prices/deals.
