yes, though some have gotten around it by chance (they may have hit submit simultaneously on several things), but I couldn't get it to work.

Well, that was worth it.. Got BBFS, Riddick, Captain Phillips, Rush and 2Guns for $65 shipped.

Would have done more, but I no longer trust CH will ship out far in advance preorders to arrive on or near release date. No way I'd order Gravity, Enders Game, etc. today.

Order finally placed. 20 items. $626.80 shipped (includes several expensive box sets). Besides what was mentioned above, Bates Motel S1 is a good deal ($30 before discounts). Also got Monty Python's Meaning of Life 30th Anniversary ($12 before discounts) and a few Californication seasons and Doctor Who eps. Along my search, I came across Breaking Bad Complete Series barrel for $179 (before discounts) and nearly had a heart attack! Tried to add it to my cart, and of course it said it was no longer available... It was one of those "other customers ordered" links, which they failed to remove. That woulda been SWEET!

No sh*t. I actually paid that much for it. It's my favorite show EVER (after Seinfeld) and I thought if I waited I'd get a deal on it. When it started selling out everywhere I logged into CH and ordered it. It took over a week for them to ship it (even with expedited shipping) and I thought maybe I wouldn't get it. But I did. I'll never close my CH account b/c of stuff like that and this sale, but it doesn't look like I'll ever re-enroll again unless they change things drastically.

Not worried about the charge.. they ship POs slow as hell. The movie is released on February 1. They mail it on the 15th.

I'll let you guys tell me they've changed.

I had several pre-orders ship on or prior to release day recently. Riddick is the only one that did not. Personally, I don't see the harm in trying. If it doesn't ship right away, and you don't want to wait, then cancel the item from the order.

I found the way you get around this is to fill up your cart logged into your account. Then log out and fill up your cart again w/ 20 items and then log into your account again. The carts will combine. Rinse repeat (I haven't tried it for more than 30 items).
