I was wondering, as a person who admittedly has trolled this website for quite some time, but never posted, if there was a way to get slipcovers from the production company, rather than return my DVD to the store where I purchased it for a copy with a slipcover? There have been several cases where I have purchased things online, or from sales because the price was too good to pass up, but I have been sorely disappointed in the lack of slipcover when I had them in my hands.
The most recent things I have had fall just a bit short were...
Big: Extended Edition (Best Buy sale had them uber-cheap, but no slipcase in sight, and fox's website offers nothing in the way of online contact/replacement)
Fletch: Jane Doe Edition (purchased from deepdiscountdvd.com because the special features page, as well as TWO e-mail inquiries to the customer service department ASSURED me the packaging was the lenticular cover... got it today and it is bare)
Rock and Roll Nightmare (got it as a gift, probably purchased for me online, complete lack of any packaging, I know FYE still carries copies with the slipcover. but it was a gift and I hate being ungrateful)
Sorry for the length of the post, but I'm new here, and have searched high and low for a place to get new/replacement covers for my movies but with no luck. I'm sure I have more DVD's that are missing the extra packaging perks, but with a 500dvd collection growing larger each day, it gets hard to pick each one out. Anyway... thanks!!

What I saw today:
American Gangster: 2-Disc Collector's Edition
Rendition
Highlander: The Source
It's the Easter Beagle, Charlie Brown: Deluxe Edition
The Easter Bunny Is Coming to Town: Deluxe Edition
And from previous weeks:
Warner Brothers Home Entertainment Academy Awards Animation Collection: The 15 Winners
Witchblade: Vol. 1
Witchblade: Vol. 2
Witchblade: Vol. 3
Witchblade: Vol. 4
Witchblade: Vol. 5
The Witchblade (anime) covers look really nice.

Forgive me for once again just barging in with very limited info, but I saw a few things at Walmart the other day and don't see them listed in the last month's of posts.
Remember when they (Fox I guess) re-released about 10 or so films like Alien and Predator with those new lenticular covers? I saw a couple new ones the other day. I bought one, but stupidly forget the title.
Also, there was another seemingly new set of reissues with new slipcovers, subtitled the action series or something. One was a Seagal movie.
I'll try to return to the store and get better information, but I just wanted to post here before I completely forgot.

The 2002 He-Man & The Masters Of The Universe cartoon season 1 boxset came with 2 sleeves/boxes. The regular edition had a clear plastic sleeve which may be considered a sleeve but it may also be a permanent part of the set, I'm not sure. Best Buy then had an exclusive box that is large enough to fit season 1 as well as seasons 2 + 3 when they are eventually released. It is the same size as the previous He-Man box sets. Since it is an exclusive, it doesn't really fit the category of normal boxsets("the box isn't a temporary sleeve, it is needed to hold the DVDs").

I don't know if you count Canadian exclusives, but the Bestbuy exclusive cover for Beowulf turned out be a pretty plain slipcover.
