Oh no! I forgot all about this and have moved since I placed the order.
I just sent the shop an email asking for help. Hopefully they can change my address if it hasn't shipped yet. I haven't got a shipping confirmation email either.

If you are one of the people like me (that had a slipcase shipped that never arrived), NewLine seems quick to credit you back the three dollars. I didn't even ask for a refund but was given one after sending NewLine the following email...
I just wanted to inform NewLine that my LOTR DVD slipcase that shipped on 1/31/05 did not arrive. I don't expect NewLine to do anything on their end. I'll just chalk it up as a loss of $3. Thank you for your efforts.

You can also notify your post office that you have moved. They would forward your mails from your old address to your new one for a month or so. I don't know how long it takes them to process your request (before your slipcase arrives) but worth a shot.

Hey, My friend is going to order one now after he saw my spanking-new LOTR slipcase box.
Theoretically speaking, if he order now, will he have to wait 8-10 weeks like everybody else here (who mostly ordered in Dec)? Or will it be different now?

Got mine too. A few imperfections on the box but nothing serious...as others have said, it's packed tight so open the cardboard shipping box carefully. Looks really nice.
If you want a possible laugh check out the 3 slightly different PG-13 rating reasons on the bottom of the box...

Finally got mine today. In excellent condition. Mine was just in the box though, there was no packaging that would have protected it against anything. Slightly disappointed that NewLine doesn't care enough to protect the things they ship out, but, as long as it gets here safely I guess it's not a big deal.

Figures....
Hey all,
It just figures, i went to order mine last night.... filled everything out, and clicked on process order.... then the big button at the bottom said "processing order" - then about 2 minutes later i got a "document contians no data" error. So, i am not sure if the order went through. If i don't receive a confirmation email, how will i know if the order went through? Does anyone know of a contact phone number, or email address that i can use to talk to someone to look into this for me..? Also, i heard of a place that i can go to check the status of my order on the newline website or something like that, where is that? Did anyone else have this problem when ordering?
Thanks a ton in advance,
Matt!

If you didn't get a confirmation number then you might want to try again... or wait to see if you receive a confirmation email.
