Absolutely, we still have the Blu-ray 3D releases on the horizon after they are shown at the cinema.

That's not the US release. If you watch the video in 720p, you can see that the writing on the back of the package isn't in English. Looks like this is a German release.

I was thinking the exact same thing watching that video. I liked how the 2004 discs looked, where they had art that was similar to the film's original poster art on the discs themselves. Not that it's too big a deal to me since I'm not getting these anyways but still weird.

The disc art doesn't bother me. It's not like these are the real OT movies anyway.

re: Star Wars
I pre-ordered on Amazon back when I still had Prime in January, just got a delivery estimate saying September 20th. Anyone else with prime orders have this date even though it says release date delivery on the product page?

Interesting note I found:
AICN did a review of the Blu-Rays and noticed for all the deleted scenes, NONE of the deleted scenes from the original Prequel DVD releases are included.
Another reason to keep all the DVD's of the saga.

"The blue ray versions of film may have a better screen ratio and supposed better picture but when you are watching ANY movie on your home tv YOU ARE STILL NOT GOING TO GET the "ORIGINAL" version you saw at the movie theater, unless your tv is the size of a theater."
--Some dude from another board I'm on, explaining how, even if George were to release the originals on Blu-ray, they would still be altered from their theatrical versions
