Now then... we’ve got good news for Ridley Scott fans this afternoon... we’ve confirmed that the new Kingdom of Heaven: 10th Anniversary Edition Blu-ray will have all of the extras from both the previous theatrical edition and Extended Edition DVDs. Fox wasn’t especially clear about it in their press release, but we’ve confirmed directly with special edition producer Charles de Lauzirika that you should safely be able to ditch your DVD copies if you wish. Or you can keep that cool Extended Edition packaging and just swap out the discs, which is my plan.

Swapping out the disc's is my plan also. Went to BB yesterday to look for this and ( of course ) it wasn't there. I have that problem a lot with BB. And then they come up with the "if you find it somewhere else we'll match the price "

I don't think it is just a Best Buy thing with this one though, I haven't seen it at Wal*Mart or Target either. I ended up ordering it this morning from Barnes and Noble for just under $15 shipped with the 20% off code from the thread here. I don't have a Sam's membership unfortunately.

Almost pulled the trigger on an Amazon copy. $25. But then I remembered that I have the Vincent Price box set coming at the end of the month- $56. So i'll have to wait a bit longer to get KOH.

BF is too close to spend 25 bucks on a catalog, long awaited or not, film. Totally fine to do so but I'll hold off. I've held off for years for this to happen. I can wait for a price drop.

So I was in the area and stopped one more time and found it. It was tucked away in between the 3D Blu-ray section and the catalog TV on DVD titles (like Magnum PI, I Love Lucy, etc). It was next to other Blu-rays (the one I remember was Snitch). It would be easy to miss because this stand is away from the rest of the DVDs and Blu-rays (but still within the electronics department).

It's better looking by a wee bit. The original was solid for the most part. This is better by a bit. Then add the extras and it's worth the price that you want it for. For me? No more than 10 bucks cuz we're so fucking close to BF. Unfortunately this bitch ain't near me at all.

I have never seen the DC, this way my first time.
IMO along with Alexander & Troy it's one of the worst epics I have seen. All the attention went to the cinematography, costumes, sets and special effects, while none went to the script & characters.
