Check the price, then come back to this thread and use the link and see if it changes...

Looks like $27.95 before the discount.

Ah, I see. So do I just keep trying till I get the $8 off discount?

You're not going to get $8 off on everything. Note the thread title is CDWOW $2 to $8 Voucher. It varies depending on each DVD, etc...

so i ordered the frighteners (4 disc set) and they billed my credit card but it still say "Pending Despatch"and i know you guys had trouble with ordering this title.but i remember later one CD-WOW shipped all of your orders for this item.

if they billed my credit card, does that mean they will ship it soon?

Not really. They charge the credit card upon the order. If it is out of stock, they will give you back the credit card.

BuddhaWake, I have the third one listed.....the one that says "two-disc Special Edition". I'm not really sure what the other two are.......the second one also says two discs but came out later. I believe both the one I have and that second one are distributed by Pathe (Amazon UK seems to confirm the same). FYI, going by Amazon UK, the second one is much less expensive. I can't help with the question about the whole "warehouse" thing; I haven't used it yet.

I just checked over at Bensonsworld.co.uk, maybe that second one and the first one (1-disc release?) are just reissues, maybe the one I have is - while still available - technically considered out-of-print. The version I have came with a slipcover for what it is worth. Bensonsworld seems to have good specs up for all three versions so look there. I'm guessing the less expensive (reisssued?) 2-discer (not the one I have) might be your best bet. Please double-check all this as I'm just guessing.

I ordered it in December or January--took exactly one month before they shipped it.

Can anyone find Lucile Hadzihalilovic's Innocence on CD-Wow? I'm quite sure that I saw it listed once, and haven't been able to find it since.

I actually emailed them about this about a week (or two) ago and was told that they should be getting Innocence again in about 2 or 3 weeks. So I am hoping to see it on the site again very soon...

They emailed info back to you?

I've emailed them three times in the last six months asking if they'd be getting more Russ Meyer titles in and have never heard a word.

I guess if the answer is no they don't bother to reply.

It's back again. It can be had for $25.95 after the discount link from first post....

http://www3.cd-wow.us/index.php?affid=14275&pp_nr=1

Not a bad price I think.

And you can also get Lilya 4-ever through the wherehouse. It is the UK disc, NOT the Swedish disk, but it is only $24.15. It says it despatches within 30 days, but mine shipped in about two days...

I wasn't having any trouble a few days ago (when I wrote my above post), but now that you mention it, I went there and all searches bring back no results...

huh...the US site search yields no results and the UK site only reveals DVD rentals...a little weird...

Rats. They finally got in the Masters of Cinema DVD of Renoir's TONI... but it's definitely not one of those $14.95 MoC titles I was hoping for. This one is priced at a whopping $23.95

okay- silly question. If I have the choice to pick a R2 or R1 version of the same DVD (assuming same specs, features) - is there any inherent advantage of NTSC vs PAL? I have a front projector that can show native PAL, so no conversion would be done.

Thoughts?
